Absolutely beautiful stay! Right on the water and so easy to access. We really had a very nice time. The sunsets were stunning from the balcony and the reserved parking is a nice bonus! Very close to the town, just a few minutes walk. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.

What a lovely review to read. We're so glad the waterfront setting lived up to expectations, and that the sunsets from the balcony were as stunning as we hoped they would be. The reserved parking and short walk into town really do make a difference, and we're happy our team was helpful and easy to reach throughout. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Location! Location! Location!I have nothing but positives to say about this property. The condo was clean, close to shopping and restaurants, and across the street from the ocean. I couldn’t ask for a more relaxing and fun family getaway. I will definitely book this accommodation again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family of five (parents and three daughters, ages 20, 20, and 16). The location couldn’t have been better—we were able to easily walk to the beach, great restaurants, shopping, and all the attractions in La Jolla Village. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the home was comfortable and exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to experience La Jolla!

It's great to hear the home was a comfortable fit for all five of you and that check-in and check-out went off without a hitch. Thank you for the recommendation and the kind words — we'd absolutely love to host you again next time you're in La Jolla.

Location location location! A perfect ocean view and breeze - walking distance to restaurants and bars, house well stocked with everything you need! There is no A/C so it was a little warm at night but they have lots of fans to help! Grocery store close by and Door Dash for ocean side dining - we loved every minute of the balcony looking directly at the ocean! Easy to get to all things fun! Hope to come back again!

Unit has a fantastic view and the parking is definitely an added benefit. I think the unit could use a fresh coat of paint and new furniture. The dinner chairs are rusted on the legs and the couch was dingy. The drain in the bathtub is clogged. Communication was easy and the Avant app provides a lot of information.

Wonderful to hear that the view and parking added so much to your stay, and we're glad the app and our team kept communication easy throughout. We're sorry the condition of a few items fell short of the standard we aim for. Since your stay, the unit has been repainted and the bathtub drain has been addressed, and your feedback on the furnishings has been shared with the team responsible for the home. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we'd love to welcome you back to enjoy that view again.

This was our second stay at this property. Yet it was the first time under the management of AvantStay.Communication with the San Diego Team throughout our stay was exceptional!Location & ability to park in the residential garage are huge pluses. An added value is the LG Inverter Direct Drive All-in-One Washer/Dryer Combo. It was quite suitable for the needs of two adults. We took advantage of a mid-stay cleaning. The cleaning crew did an exceptional job.
