Our listing is not covered for damages by platform so you will have a pre authorization security deposit hold . You will not be charged unless there is damage.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am
No unregistered guests. Only the specified guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises unless you have cleared it with us first.
Let us know right away if you break or damage something, so we can make arrangements for its replacement or repair. We highly recommend buying trip insurance for your stay Incase of cancellation.

Only one reservation change (dates moved) allowed per booking.
$150 if we have to set up the additional bed for more than 2 people. Charge request will be sent after booking

Extra cleaning fee will be assessed if apartment is left excessively dirty.
If hot tub is left foamy, cloudy or excessively dirty you will be charged $250 fee to empty
