**The Fine Print for a Great Stay:**
* **Parking:** Max 4 vehicles (driveway only). No grass parking at the top of the driveway.
* **Safety First:** The lake water is deep; please supervise children and always wear life jackets (legal requirement for under 13).
*** Per county law...Max oxxupency at all times is 13 and minimum age to rent is 25. No one night stays.
* **Quiet Hours:** 11 PM – 7 AM to keep the forest peaceful.
*** No smoking or drugs permitted.
****Per federal lake regulations, fireworks and firearms are prohibited.
* **Pro-Tip:** Log homes attract carpenter bees—just a heads-up for those with allergies!

This is lake property that is very steep in areas with several steps to the dock. We can not recommend this cabin to anyone with mobility issues.
