Your Beachfront Escape: Steps to the Sand, Poolside Lounging & 2 Balconies

Lots of updates! New floors in bedrooms, recently remodeled bathrooms, new UHD 50 inch SMART TV in living room, and in 2025 new beds and furniture in 2nd bedroom, new dining table, new sofas and new washer and dryer!

This fun, 2 bedroom, townhome features stunning beach views and a queen bed in the master bedroom, new full size bed with one trundle and separate twin bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is small, but mighty. Kuerig & standard coffee maker, Ninja blender, range with full oven, microwave, toaster, air fryer, George Foreman grill, and dishwasher, makes eating-in a snap.

This is a low density unit, so no high-rise building here! Every window has beach views. Our unit overlooks the pool and is 83 steps to the sand - even if you have short legs!

Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, wagon, coolers - pretty much everything you need for the perfect beach day is in the carport waiting for you. No need to drag all your gear with you, or rent expensive chairs and umbrellas! We've got you covered.

Parking is FREE for the first car and nominal fee for car #2. Both cars can park right under the unit!

We LOVE to pay it forward. You will find extra condiments, food storage options, sunscreen, and other items in the kitchen and bathrooms that either we as owners have left or other guests have left to help make your stay that much better. If it is there, please use it. If you have extra that you can not travel with or do not want to take home, please leave it and pay it forward. If you use the last of something, please replace it. If you break something, (like an umbrella, beach chair, games, boogie board, etc.) please let me know and then replace it so our next guests will have it available to them.

Please leave the sand at the beach, not in the house. Rinse off using the shower and foot rinse on the gazebo and the hose in the carport.
No hanging anything (towels, clothes, etc.) from the balcony railings. There are towel hooks in the carport.
Always display the parking pass in your car when on property. We have security that will tow away your car if no pass is visible.

Host was very nice, responded to questions quickly. Condo very clean, basically on the beach, could stand on balcony and see beach. Provided lots of items for the beach, chairs, towels (even had beach toys for kids and a wagon). Would stay here again!

The location was great. Easy beach access and close to everything Gulf Shores has to offer.The property advertised updated that seemed more like DIY projects. Sinks were slow to drain or backed up while showering. The couch was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The 2nd bedroom with 2 bed with trundles was super hard to sleep. You could not get the trundle out and make the room usable or comfortable without moving furniture. Cameras are outside and not mentioned in listing. Owner had an emergency and had to come to the unit while we were there. She unclogged the sinks and replaced a dirty air filter while there, but we really thought owners were not supposed to enter the property for personal items after reviewing the VRBO policy and felt like that interaction invaded our privacy during the trip.

The property is very spacious and has everything needed to accommodate a memorable beach vacation. Would highly recommend and is in a great location located off main roads and right on the beach with private access!

Beach volleyball tournament

We booked the condo for 2025 Sand Storm Open and a beach trip for some of my daughter’s teammates. The condo was perfect for the get together, good location, and offered access to the beach and swimming pool. Thank you and would book again.

We are a family of 5 who stayed for a week. We very much enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room. The location was great. Convenient for walking down to the beach or enjoying the pool. We enjoyed several restaurants within walking distance. There was all the kitchen, bathroom and even beach supplies we’d need supplied. Thank you!

Beach vacation steps away

Decided to take our daughter here for a graduation gift as we had been to Gulf Shores before and loved it. This place had everything we could need honestly everything , we were only steps from the beautiful beach that was perfect. They had chairs to use , wagon , toys for littles, beach towels etc. cute little clean condo . We enjoyed it very much . Places close to eat or grab coffee. Easy check in and check out.

Beach life

Location was best, beds could be more comfy and thicker blankets, better pillows. But the rest was very good. Communication very good. Would stay again.

Great vacation spot!

Great place to stay with everything we needed. Very family-friendly complex and easy for our kids to go from beach to pool, etc. We would stay here again! Host was very easy to work with.

Beautiful townhome

We were in town for a softball tournament. It was myself, my husband and my 2 daughters (15y and 11y). This townhome was perfect for us. It has a great view of the pool as well as the beach. You are located within steps of the beach. Unfortunately the flags were yellow and purple our entire stay due to the abundance of jellyfish. We loved being so close to the beach but be aware that if you bring a canopy, you can only set it up behind the white pole. But if you have an umbrella shade you can set it up by the beach/waves. Kim was great to work with and very responsive to all questions. The dryer went out while we were there and Kim was very quick to get someone to the condo to look at it. He was not able to fix it during our stay due to not being able to receive the part in time but Kim was very apologetic and recommended several alternatives to make it easier on us (stinky uniforms and sweaty clothes= yuck)! I appreciated her willingness to try to remedy the situation! All in all, we had a great stay. The townhome was just like the pictures, the view was great and everyone there was friendly! We would for sure stay again!

Everything was wonderful! The view from both balconies were beautiful even better in person! Easy check in,beach access and pool access. Great communication with property manager! This place is all you need!

Wonderful location and beach access

This place was great! Easy easy easy beach access and pool access!!! If we forgot something when we got to the beach it wasn’t a big deal. We could be back in our room in no time. No waiting for elevators or tons of people. The communication from the property manager was impeccable and I was blown away that there were chairs and beach accessories available for us to use. We had a group of 6. My wife and I and our four kids ranging from ages 2 to 14. Everyone was perfectly happy.

Trip to Gulf Shores

Everything was great. The close proximity of the pool and beach was great. The townhouse was exactly what we needed. If my grandson plays baseball in Gulf Shores again next year we would stay here again.

Excellent Experience!

This is an excellent place! From booking, pre-check in communications with the owner to check out. The townhouse is clean and WELL equipped! The complex has a nice pool area and very convenient short walk to the beach.

Fantastic weekend on the shores!!

My daughter and I stayed here for a volleyball tournament so the proximity of Kim's place near to the event was a bonus. Place is exactly as advertised, they take great care of an older town home located steps from the beach. Well decorated to make you also feel like you are at a vacation house. Kim was so easy to work with and very responsive to questions. What set this apart from most "colder" rentals, i.e. those that are just focused on turning profit and not really about your experience except to guilt you into a 5 start review because things are clean. I digress ;) What set this apart is the "Pay it Forward" attitude of the owners which translates to the guests. A lot of little things you always forget about when traveling were available for us. Lots of places simply clean everything out and throw items away that can be used by the next guest, not here. Anything that can be shared by someone was left and available which really saved us from running to the store at least 6 times. Also, as with most any property there are quirks in how things work so I really appreciate the detailed notes and instructions that were left on appliances or hallways reinforcing how things in the unit worked and where they might need some extra love and patience to operate. Bottom line, really enjoyed our time at this "vacation home" and will definitely look here first next time we are in GS. Thanks again!

Beautiful place

Very nice place … we had everything we needed in the condo . Kim was very quick to respond.We loved the view everything she told us was exactly the way it was . The beach was very clean . It was beautiful.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Enjoyed it immensely! Everything was perfect- clean, inviting, and convenient. Our gracious host stayed in contact with us, though we never needed a thing!

Gulf Shores is an AMAZING place from the beaches and sand to the super friendly people. I fell in love with it the first time I visited in 2012. Since then, I've been coming here at least once a year and finally convinced my husband to buy a beachside home for us to enjoy and share with others. I LOVE MY HOME! It is quaint and the location is phenomenal and perfect for my family. We have some updates that I'd like to do to really make it "my own" but those will come in due time. I hope you will love our place as much as we do and come back and visit us again.

The views from the balconies are amazing. I can sit there for hours and just gaze out at the gulf. It is so serene and just a wonderful place to decompress and get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Watching the dolphins (and some sharks) and pelicans is just so cool - especially if you normally live in a land-locked state!

We are working hard to make our place a true gem, so please be nice to it and treat it with respect and care. We want you to have a wonderful vacation as well, so if something isn't right, PLEASE let me know and I will do everything possible to make it right! Call or text me at 303.883.4628.
