Only you has access to the 1st and 2nd floors in this spacious 2184 sq ' listing on 25+ acres. This is not a stand alone rental. Owner/farmer/caretaker lives in the lower level with a separate entrance on the far side most of the year and available as needed in person or text/phone.
Flexcation work spaces: In the family room there is a work counter 33" wide and 22" deep with an Odessey 27" non-glare monitor, a sliding shelf for a keyboard or laptop, a LazyBoy executive chair, plug in box for phones and laptops, HDML, Ethernet. Another workspace has an antique desk and chair located in the primary bedroom suite.
Up to a maximum of 12 people allowed in the house, up to 8 overnight guests and up to 4 day visitors for an event, & pet ONLY with prior approval by Owner.
Exterior Blink cameras at entrances for security.
Smart Meter charts usage every 15 minutes and Ecobee Thermostat helps to balance indoor climate as well as energy efficiency for guests. Ecobee phone application allows Host to adjust excess peaks and energy usage as needed. Guests who need extra cooling or heating especially during extreme weather events may be charged.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a stove, double oven, refrigerator, and the necessary appliances and utensils to cook and bake your meals. Gather around the dining table for eight and savor your culinary creations, or step outside to grill, eat on the back porch or under the trees with a swing and 2 hammocks. Ask if you'd like a portable table set up. Gather out in the open and sit around the fire pit for a memorable evening under the stars. Don't forget the meteor shower in October!

When it's time to unwind, relax in the jacuzzi bath for one. Refresh in one of the 3 bathrooms, complete with towels and basic soaps, or take advantage of the in-unit laundry room with the washer and dryer, also with complimentary laundry products that are gentle on your skin and eco-friendly.
