It has a desk and a chair to work, good internet. A large room, an outdoor dining room and two interiors. Excellent for families and groups of up to 8 people.

IMPORTANT: Parties and loud noise are not allowed, it is a quiet and familiar condominium.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, designed to provide comfort and privacy.

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals. Relax on one of the three terraces, enjoy the beautiful garden or spend the day on the private dock.

Inside the condominium, which only includes 10 homes, you will have access to a communal pool, perfect for enjoying a refreshing dip.

First floor: Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious and cozy living room that connects directly to a garden terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors or reading evenings. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare and share meals with family or friends. One table in the kitchen, other in the dining room and one in the terrace. And a half bathroom.

Second floor: It has three comfortable bedrooms, from two you can admire the view of the lagoon. Two full bathrooms complement this level.

Second Floor: The master suite offers privacy and a breathtaking panoramic view of the lagoon through large windows. Complete with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

IMPORTANT: Parties and loud noise are not allowed, it is a quiet and familiar condominium.

Your stay includes one cleaning before your arrival and one cleaning at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.

- The reservation is for registered guests only, no visitors or extra guests or pets are allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of loudspeakers is only inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume and with doors and windows closed.
- Please do not use towels to wipe off makeup or suntan lotion.
- The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can clog and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you don't know where to throw the garbage please ask us.
- Swimming suits are mandatory for the use of the pool. Hours of operation are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring into the pool area, food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

- Replacement for lost keys, or towel costs $20 US each.
- For each rule that is not complied with, the condominium or the neighbors committee can charge up to $200 usd penalty or take out or call the police for a police clearance for misbehavior.
