This amazing property is perfect at any time of the year; however, if you are traveling between mid September - early January, you will be welcomed by a festive holiday display on the front exterior the property. The space itself offers 2 bedrooms and 2 amazing bathrooms with higher end finishes. Beautiful modern upgrades throughout. Large kitchen with quartz countertops, which provides seating for 4. The building has a shared large patio with lake views in the front the building. Bath 1 has 4 body sprays and a powerful rain head and Bath 2 has a jetted bathtub/shower combo. In unit laundry & supplies. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, Starbucks, Loyola and the Red line train station. On site garage parking for 1 small to mid sized car is avail. for an addl. $25 daily fee; however, you must reserve at booking. If your car is greater than 200” in length, please reach out to host well in advance to confirm if your vehicle will fit. We have access to a second garage space that is slightly bigger; however, the space gets booked up quickly, so you must confirm well in advance. For those who have larger pick up trucks, you will likely have a difficult time finding a place to park, as Chicago is dense and parking is limited; however, please reach out to the host and she will check to see if there are alternative parking options available. Exterior security cameras are present at the property. The camera locations are (2) in the front of the building, (2) on the east side, (1) on the west side of the building and (2) in the alley on the garage. The front door intercom also has a camera with audio capacity built in to the intercom system. There are no cameras in the interior space.
