This rental encompasses the entire space along with access to building amenities. Please feel free to make yourself at home.



The Neighborhood:

Diverse dining options, entertainment, shopping, and the recently opened Duplin Winery provide a perfect setting for couples or small families. The unit includes a kitchen/living room and bedroom, accommodating up to six people within approximately 630 square feet. The resort boasts exceptional amenities, offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the oceanfront pool deck, along with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers. Getting Around:

I strongly suggest utilizing ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, and you can also explore Turo for rental car options.

Other Things to Note:

This condo is privately owned and not a hotel room, so please treat it with the same care you would your own home.



Your stay comes with linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, as well as STARTER supplies like trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



If you need beach umbrellas and chairs, you can rent them from the lifeguards.



Keep in mind that, as it's not part of the hotel, there won't be daily maid service. If you desire daily or bi-weekly maid service or a towel exchange, arrangements can be made for an additional fee.

Spring 2026:

April 15th: Heaters turned on

June 1st: Heaters turned off

South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15

Pool Enclosures Removed: Thursday, May 1st & Friday, May 2nd



Fall/Winter 2025-2026:

October 1: Heaters turn on

December 1: Heaters turn off

Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater

Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10

North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.



All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.



IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Waterproofing and carpet installation in the hallways

- Tiki Bar decking replacement - This project is nearing completion and should be completed prior to the Christmas holidays.

-Resurfacing of Pools and Spas – This project is ongoing across the resort during the winter months. However, the indoor pools and spas in both towers are open for your enjoyment.

--Ground floor Elevator walkway flooring replacement (April 7th to April 11th). - Elevator access to the ground floor will be suspended by Otis, and no elevators will be stopping on the ground floor during this time frame. Guests and owners seeking access to the pool or beach will need to use the stairs or the parking garage ramps (directional signage will be provided)

-Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed



Note :They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.
