This community is located off Pine Avenue and is approximately 0.1 mile from the Anna Maria City Pier and the Bayview Plaza with coffee and ice cream shops. Coconut Bayou offers the use of 2 kayas that can be launched at its own private dock #7. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to the local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr, Holmes Beach, FL 34217).There is one allocated parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking. This property does not accommodate golf carts.Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area.
