3 Bedroom, 3 Bath waterfront condo on Lake Taneycomo in Pointe Royale

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. We try to equip the condo with things that would make our own family vacations easier, so you will find plenty of coffee, spices, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and detergent, cable TV and WiFi internet. This condo is on the SECOND FLOOR with 2 small sets of steps. A cleaning fee of $150 per stay will be charged. No pets are allowed.

This condo is 2 stories and features vaulted ceilings in the living area leading to a screened-in porch overlooking Lake Taneycomo.

GENERAL
-Cable TV and internet with WiFi.
-Large flat screen smart TVs in the living area and additional TVs in all 3 of the bedrooms.
-Convenient and safe access at the entry door using a keypad lock.

MASTER BEDROOM & MASTER BATHROOM
The master bedroom features a king bed with comfortable mattress, a flat screen TV with cable, a walk-in closet and direct entry to the master bathroom.

The master bathroom features a walk-in shower, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, a double sink vanity, hand soap, towels and toilet paper.

2ND BEDROOM
The second bedroom features a king bed with comfortable mattress, a flat screen TV with cable and closet. This bedroom uses the hall bathroom, which is just outside the door.

3RD BEDROOM
The third bedroom is in the upstairs loft and features a queen bed, with comfortable mattress, smart TV, closet and direct entry to the bathroom. Office desk and chair by windows overlooking the lake.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is open to the living and dining area and contains dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee maker.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room is right off the kitchen, and features a full-size washer and dryer, and we provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for you to use during your stay.

DINING AREA
The dining area is open to the kitchen and living spaces and features a dining table and chairs for 6 guests. A door leads to a second outdoor seating area with a table and 4 chairs. There are also 2 barstools.

OUTSIDE DECKS
The screened-in outside deck off living area has a wooded view, directly overlooking the banks of Lake Taneycomo. A second, open air deck is located directly off dining area.

The condo is at Pointe Royale, which is a premier gated golf village. The property features:
-Use of our Guest Access Card to access the Pointe Royale amenities and owner side of the entrance gate (please make sure to not take the card with you, as they cost to replace).
-Indoor pool (heated, open all year from 10am to 11pm).

-Outdoor main pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day from 10am to 11pm).

The condo is inside the gated Pointe Royale community, which is located just downstream of the Tablerock Dam on the north side of the Taneycomo headwaters and just east of the Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery. You will have convenient access to the Branson attractions, and still be far enough from the hustle and bustle to relax.
