Location is central to downtown and is pet friendly. The property is grossly misrepresented online. Paint pealing from the ceilings, damp, even wet hallways, some slightly scary persons in and around the property. Hod-podge of garage sale furnishings and decor. Filthy in that there were two areas of dog poop on the floor and beds had not been changed upstairs. There was also a bad odor. We took pictures and sent to the manager and asked what he could do for us. His reply was an unconcerned "Call Adam". No apology. Bathrooms were very clean as were the upscale appliances. Light on stove (which is in dark corner) did not work and we had to have a lamp delivered to sit on the already limited counter space next to the stove for meal preparation. When I contacted Adam, he and his wife came into the condo without our knowledge and began cleaning. They did an excellent job and were extremely nice people. I think in the future they should notify the occupants if they are entering the unit while guests are away. She even brought her personal essential oil to help with the odor and it worked well. The thing is, this could be an outstanding unit if properly maintained and with limited upkeep and cleaning. It is a very unique property that could be so very appealing. Guess it would cost more then, but it would be worth so much more.

Really good stay overall. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Getting in and out was easy, though we had a little confusion with check-in at first… but that was probably on us since we arrived a bit early. Parking was decent and felt safe, and the location was perfect…easy walking distance to all the bars and shops on Central Avenue. Would definitely stay here again.

Was not ready when we arrived, said they did not know soeone had been staying in it. Asked us to come back in an hour. When we came back they were still cleaning and sheets were in the washer. We left again for aprox 3 hours, were told everything would be done when we got back. When we returned sheets were in the washer wet, we dried them and made the bed. Outside temp got down to 25 and heater ran constantly. Temp inside never got above 66. Hot water supply is only good for one bath, with 5 people staying it took a long time for everyone to clean up.Building is very old and run down. Parking is on the street and being close to building was a challenge sometimes.

The host was super nice and easy to work with. We had a great time. The rental is eclectic and had a neat historical vibe to it. The property could use a professional cleaner at least once to make it feel a little more upscale. Overall it was a fun experience!!

Oh what a wonderful trip this high school when you pull up you might be a little worried that you chose this place but once you get inside, you'll be so glad that you did. It's beautiful. It's cleaning it has every amenity that you could want. It's fun to go around and View all the different things. It shows like we Bill Clinton signed his name on the chalkboard. Pictures of Bill Clinton it's just a really really neat place. And our host Chris he was wonderful. I'm in a wheelchair and he actually purchased a chair for the shower for me before I got there. Of course I couldn't go upstairs, but there was plenty of room for me downstairs with the master being downstairs, I loved it. I will go there again if I'm ever in Hot Springs, you could not ask for a nicer host.!

A Stay Like No Other

This was truly a unique stay and location. My wife and I had so much fun walking around this historic location and exploring all of the history it had to offer. Check in was a breeze and the host was very accommodating and flexible with my schedule. For the location, you cant beat the price. I really enjoyed the stay and will always remember this place!

The property is very spacious and more than accomodating. The location is convenient and within walking distance of all the downtown action. There's plenty of convenient parking. A historic property, its been well converted to its present use.

Friend Time in Hot Springs

This was our first time coming to this property. Check in was a breeze and Chris let us know that if we needed anything at all, we could contact him. Location was wonderful as it was only a few blocks from the downtown area. We met a few of the folks who lived in the apts. at the high school we were staying at and they were very welcoming and nice. Overall, my friends and I had a great stay. Would use this place again.

Eclectic property

Historic property that is walking distance from Bathhouse Row and a short drive to Oaklawn. Property manager was great to work with and check-in and check-out was amazingly easy.

Historic Stay in a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Check-in process was seamless. The property owner helped us bring our luggage in, demonstrated how to access the secure building and guided us to our room. He was very responsive to the few requests we had! Also, this property does not require you to do any *extras* at check out. The location is just a few blocks from Bath House Row, restaurants, nightlife, and the Saturday Farmer's Market. The building is pretty quiet and street parking easily accessible. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of space for 6 of us to hang out on sleep. One of the rooms is located in the interior of the building and therefore has no windows. It was perfect for our 3 year old twins (dark and quiet)! The school building is really cool and the owner is in the middle of restoring the auditorium to its former glory. Fun fact: President Clinton graduated from this high school! We would not hesitate to stay here again if we visited Hot Springs in the future!

Fun Place & Great Location!

This property was a fun stay! We ran into the property manager who was very kind and gave us a little tour and some background about the high school. The property manager was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was close enough to downtown that we could walk and not have to deal with parking. The one thing we noticed could be better was the cleanliness of the place.

GREAT LOCATION

I’d highly recommend this property for a getaway to Hot Springs. The apartment itself is so nice. The location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to downtown and 10 minutes to Magic Springs. I also loved that the property is so secure.

Top notch place to stay!

The loft was spacious and so comfortable! Property manager extremely helpful. We had an AC issue and he immediately fixed it. Cozy and perfectly situated to access hikes, restaurants etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Girls Weekend Getaway

The apartment and building are the coolest! Our host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Beds are comfortable and location is fantastic. Safe neighborhood an easy walk from downtown. Will definitely book again on our next trip!
