Friend Time in Hot Springs

This was our first time coming to this property. Check in was a breeze and Chris let us know that if we needed anything at all, we could contact him. Location was wonderful as it was only a few blocks from the downtown area. We met a few of the folks who lived in the apts. at the high school we were staying at and they were very welcoming and nice. Overall, my friends and I had a great stay. Would use this place again.

Eclectic property

Historic property that is walking distance from Bathhouse Row and a short drive to Oaklawn. Property manager was great to work with and check-in and check-out was amazingly easy.

Awesome place

This is an incredibly cool property. The owner is a really relaxed guy that is very communicative with your stay. This is a must stay if your in Hot Springs

GREAT LOCATION

I’d highly recommend this property for a getaway to Hot Springs. The apartment itself is so nice. The location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to downtown and 10 minutes to Magic Springs. I also loved that the property is so secure.

Top notch place to stay!

The loft was spacious and so comfortable! Property manager extremely helpful. We had an AC issue and he immediately fixed it. Cozy and perfectly situated to access hikes, restaurants etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Girls Weekend Getaway

The apartment and building are the coolest! Our host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Beds are comfortable and location is fantastic. Safe neighborhood an easy walk from downtown. Will definitely book again on our next trip!

Fun Place & Great Location!

This property was a fun stay! We ran into the property manager who was very kind and gave us a little tour and some background about the high school. The property manager was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was close enough to downtown that we could walk and not have to deal with parking. The one thing we noticed could be better was the cleanliness of the place.

Great location- close to a lot

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. If it had not been raining we could have walked to everything. Would stay here again. We did have a really noisy neighbor late night but that can happen in a hotel too!

Above and beyond

Great room with very comfortable beds. The property manager really out did himself!! Gave us a tour of the property and informed us of the area and it’s future developments. Definitely will return!

Historic Stay in a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Check-in process was seamless. The property owner helped us bring our luggage in, demonstrated how to access the secure building and guided us to our room. He was very responsive to the few requests we had! Also, this property does not require you to do any *extras* at check out. The location is just a few blocks from Bath House Row, restaurants, nightlife, and the Saturday Farmer's Market. The building is pretty quiet and street parking easily accessible. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of space for 6 of us to hang out on sleep. One of the rooms is located in the interior of the building and therefore has no windows. It was perfect for our 3 year old twins (dark and quiet)! The school building is really cool and the owner is in the middle of restoring the auditorium to its former glory. Fun fact: President Clinton graduated from this high school! We would not hesitate to stay here again if we visited Hot Springs in the future!

The property is very spacious and more than accomodating. The location is convenient and within walking distance of all the downtown action. There's plenty of convenient parking. A historic property, its been well converted to its present use.

Historic Stay

What a unique experience. The pictures did not do the property justice. The property was immaculate and most tastefully decorated. The unit is in a historic building which just added to the charm. Communication with the owner was very simple and he was quick to respond. We will definitely use this vacation location again!

Central downtown Hot Springs

Great location to everything. Funky, cool top floor apartment. Plenty of on street parking. Quiet at night and nice views of downtown. Secured, keyfob entrance and CCTV throughout the property.

Great property!

Initially, I was unsure whether this property was been to work for us. As I looked at the pictures, I could tell it was a large space, and that it would work. Once I arrived, Chris met us out front, handed us our keys to get in, and the rest of the weekend Was smooth sailing. This is a great property, I love old architecture, so I may be a bit biased. Whether you do, or you don’t, enjoy older buildings, it’s just a great place to stay. It within walking distance to all the attractions that Hot Springs has to offer, yet secluded enough that you don’t have to worry with a ton of foot traffic or vehicle traffic bothering you. We are already planning our next trip to stay the same property.
