Located in the NW Corner of the 101 in Glendale, this amazing home is convenient to all major attractions in the Valley. Barrett Jackson Auto Auction, Waste Management Open Golf Tournament, shopping, restaurants, hiking, golf, Lake Pleasant, Sedona, Flagstaff+++! Max 13 guests including children. If you need the door trundle bed made up for your booking please let us know at time of booking request.

Hot tub:
Newly installed 7-8 person hot tub with LED lights and waterfall.

Pool:
Swim noodles, adult floats (for doing nothing but relaxing!), basketball hoop and beach towels provided. Chaise loungers for those days when all you want to do is soak up the sun! Pool is roughly 8 1/2 feet at the deep end and roughly 4 feet at it's shallowest.

***PLEASE NOTE that the pool is NOT heated. Pool season is typically from May-November. Swim at your own risk.


Outdoors:
Entertain by grilling on the stand-alone propane grill (one tank provided). Dining table seats 6 with additional seating possible. Large Cantilever umbrella provided for the dining table as needed. The fire table can also be used for additional dining space when covered. The covered patio has a comfortable couch and chairs for relaxing as well. ***Newly added Patio Misters for summer!

Yard games are available such as bean bags (cornhole), ladder golf and Kubb. There is a 10’ basketball hoop in the front driveway too!

Kitchen:
Stainless appliances. Granite tile counters. Fully stocked with a toaster oven, crock pot, blender, cookie sheets, cutting board, ceramic baking dishes, ceramic frying pans and sauce pans, mixing bowls, storage containers, salt & pepper, cutlery set, plates, bowls, cups and silverware for children, plates, bowls, silverware, steak knives, cooking utensils, coffee cups, tea kettle, kitchen towels and more!

Dining Room:
Large table with seating for 6! Additional seating at the kitchen counter.

Living Room:
In the front of the house, and off the dining room, you can relax in the vaulted-ceiling, mid-century modern living room w/record player ( blue tooth capability) & high-end massage chair! Several records ("vinyl") from Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, Johnny Cash, etc. are here for you to ENJOY!

Off the kitchen, there is a second living room/den area with smart tv and large sectional couch. The fireplace is decorative only.

Bedrooms:

There is a MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM and FULL BATH so if anyone in your group needs a main level living option this home is a perfect fit!

Beds and mattresses are new with firm and soft foam mattresses! Extra pillows have been provided to accommodate all preferences. Pillows and mattresses have waterproof/bed bug protectors as well. Luggage rack provided in each bedroom.

The "kids" bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Please let us know upon booking if you need the trundle pulled out/made-up with bedding. Please note that the Trundle and twin bunk are NOT suitable for adults.

Bathrooms:
Hotel style amenities provided in each bathroom, in case you've forgotten anything. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, lotion, toothbrush and more. Of course there is a hairdryer as well.

The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with an adjustable shower head AND a rain shower head! There is also a large jetted tub in the master bath and large walk in closets in-between the bedroom and bathroom.

Infants/Toddlers:
For those with little ones, a pack and play and 2 booster chairs are provided as well as kids dinner ware.


Neighborhood:

This property sits on a corner lot on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. Utopia park is .6 mile (11 minutes) walk and there you will find a basketball and volleyball court and playground for the kids! Easy access to all the Valley has to offer, lots of shopping and restaurants, high-end grocery stores, golf, attractions, venues, Lake Pleasant, WM Open, Barrett Jackson Auto Auction, kid-friendly activities, and much, much more. Extremely convenient to Hwy 101.

House Rules:
This home is in an HOA (Homeowner's Association). There are strict QUIET HOURS from 9pm-7am. Please be respectful of neighbors so we can continue to share the house with you! Noise complaints will be charged $500.

PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed. Maximum number of guests on the property at any time, whether staying overnight or not, is 13, including children. There are sleeping accommodations for a MAX of 10 adults and 1-3 children. No additional guests are allowed overnight beyond the number requested at time of booking without approval. Thank you for understanding our commitment to being respectable neighbors.

Note: there are video camera's outside the front door (doorbell), the east side of the garage at the gate and in the garage (facing the garage door). Your booking ensures your acceptance of the above and all house rules.

No animals.
