Bird`s Nest is a charming and authentic house with an amazing panoramic view. The name originally goes to the lookout the owners father built to enjoy the Golden hours. He called the place his "Bird's Nest." a place were he enjoyed the views of surrounding hills, clouds and sea from the rooftop. It was the unusual idea of an unusual man with an unusual story.

Now they open their house for others to enjoy. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house has all you need for a comfortable vacation.

The top deck had an amazing view! The lower patio was also a great place to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Helpful host. Easy check-in and check-out. All kitchen supplies were plentiful.

Oasis

Property was away from the hustle and bustle, which fits pur lifestyle. Renting a car is a must uf staying at this location, but well worth it. You can get from one part of the island to the other side in 25 minutes. All amenities were good. Found some dirty dishes when we got there, but mostly clean. Amazing view. Actual house was nice. Bedding and towels were awesome. No soaps, so bring your own for showering. The only REAL complaint were the mattresses. Both of them were worn out. We tried both beds because our backs were hurting from the first bed. But it was still very pleasant.

Blew our expectations away!

I brought my daughters for a special spring break experience with the intent to be away from tourist traps and really get to experience Aruba. The home is beautiful and even better than advertised and the host was available without being overbearing. The hammock was my favorite nap space . The only note would be that the beds are very firm and a few more blankets and pillows could go a long way.

Perfect stay for a relaxing getaway. Great outdoor space on the large patio. Quiet neighborhood close enough to the beaches and attractions.

Urlaub auf Aruba.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für ein Urlaub braucht. Wir hatten 17 tolle Tage. Die Strände sind zum laufen und schwimmen gut.

Home away from Home !

We loved how homey the Bird's Nest was! Gorgeous views in every direction. We'd highly recommend getting directions from your car rental place before leaving! We struggled finding it at first, but once we did, our relaxation began. We'd definitely consider staying here again!

A Paradise to Remember...

We have never been to Aruba before and have been to Curacao and Bonaire. I believe I found my new favorite place. I booked this small, corky, beautiful home for a week. I am not disappointed at all. Upon arriving, the manager was amazing with contact and emailed me a full welcome packet full of valuable information. The house was clean and ready for a week of vacation for us. There is an amazinf back porch that I lived on all week with an amazing view. The house is located in the best spot to get to anywhere on the island and near a very quiet pretty beach. Plenty to do around. The rooftop balcony was absolutely amazing, wine and stars, how could you go wrong. I will be back at this hidden gem....

Beautiful Bird's Nest.

We loved our stay at this property. The house was beautiful and clean and Jeanine and Jean were so helpful with all of our questions and requests. The property and garden were beautiful. It attracted many birds which was awesome for us. We even saw a Venezuelan troupial which was cool. The inside of the house is beautiful and the kitchen worked really well. However, we didn't spend much time inside as we spent most of our time on the veranda enjoying the view. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. We really enjoyed the Bird's Nest since we had awesome views of the area and the sea. All in all, a great trip and a great place to stay. We look forward to going back.

Amazing Stay

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying here. The house was clean and easily accessible. The host was also wonderful. She responded to all our messages and questions right away. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A Beautiful Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

The house was perfect for us - in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. You will need a car if you stay here, but because it is near the middle of the island, you are not very far from any place you'd like to see. The house was very clean when we arrived. We needed a little help with a few things during our week-long stay. Jeanine was very responsive and helpful. The property manager provided some insect repellant. That came in handy because Aruba has some pretty aggressive mosquitoes. Be advised that they monitor your power usage during your stay. If you run the air conditioner a little too long and/or at a pretty low temperature, you may have to pay a surcharge when you checkout. After a couple of days there, we got the hang of the air conditioners, but we had to pay a few dollars at checkout. We give our experience with the property and its managers two enthusiastic "thumbs up".

Very nice place with a beautiful outdoor dining area. Was overall clean and comfortable but some ants in the kitchen that got into the sugar. Not really walkable to the beach even though it says 5 min walk

Wonderful Experience

The house really feels like home. Spacious 2 bedroom with incredible outside living. The back porch was full of plants and hummingbirds! The third story look out was very neat. On one of the last days it was clear enough that we got a great view of Venezuela. Quiet neighborhood and conveniently located for shopping. Property manager is incredibly helpful! Would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful house

Lovely house where you can feel that the original owner who built this home put his soul and heart into the family nest. Lucky us to be able to stay in this gorgeous place filled with love and attention to detail including a beautiful garden, porch, roof top and backyard. The house is very clean and have everything to enjoy your vacation. Just make sure to rent a car and explore the island!!! Wake up early to watch sunrise and sunset on the roof top and watch many exotic birds from the porch. Get a greasy fish firm marine pier for grill. The hosts are very friendly, responsive and very helpful..
