Excellent stay. The house was just as advertised. Literally 2 minutes walk to the beach. Our host was responsive and took care of an air conditioner issue in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend!

Clean and quiet neighborhood. We came for spring training softball and it was close to facility, shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful home and not far from anywhere we wanted to go. It is walking distance from the beach and had a pool in the neighborhood as well. We enjoyed our stay!

This was the nicest beach house I’ve Ever been in! We like was on beach walking less then a min. The owner kept in touch to make sure everything we needed was there. We give it a 10 star!!!

Amazing House

The host was amazing, friendly and helped in all situations that i needed help. The house was way more than what me and my family expected, we have been going for 12yrs and i will stay with this property as long as they own it. 100 percent best vacation ever.

Family vacation

We stayed a week and things were good.. only complaint .. need better tv options in the bedrooms.. tv in living room was on cartoons for our grandchildren so the rest of us had no option for our lay back and relax time.. it would also been a plus to have had a small playground

Nice little place

We enjoyed staying here. We were not aware the pool was across the street, but it worked out fine. The neighborhood wasn't exactly the best to be in, but we had no problems while there and felt safe. Great access to the ocean nearby. If i had to say anything negative, it would be that this is the first vrbo i have been to that didn't supply unlimited garbage bags! Spending 9 days there, the 3 we received didn't cut it! Host was great all the way around.

Great Communication, cute property

We had a smooth check in and chill stay. Very responsive and kind host. If you’re planning to cook, make sure to bring your own oil/spices/butter/cooking spray everything you need except pans and plates, The location was convenient to the beach although I wouldn’t recommend a it of late night walks alone. TV was easy to work. Unfortunately there was no laundry detergent but even a rinse cycle in the washer helped with all the sand!

For the most part, this stay was good. The area was OK. There was a lot of crime while we were there people being arrested and heavy police presence. The house was as advertised but there was not a pool on the property we had to walk to it. It was community pool. We did not know you needed code to get into pool because it was not there when we got to the house, again no instructions..The unit had a cable issue from day 1-4, we were unable to watch television until the day before leaving, once the cable company came. As much as I love television that was unfortunate. It was easy communicating with the host, however there were no instructions when you got there about anything. Normally when I stay VRBO the owner leaves that by the television with Wi-Fi information. I felt like I had to email host about everything. There was no dish rack, yes there was dishwasher. I think for the next person who stays there ask for these things. This way you will not have to email host several times a days. The maintenance guy showed up at 930-10 pm at night to try and fix tv, he couldn’t. He took the speakers stating it was interfering with WiFi. That left us with no sound until the spectrum company came.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad to hear you found the home as advertised and that communication was easy throughout your stay. I would like to clarify a few points. The community pool is accurately described in the listing, and the pool access code was provided in the check-in instructions several days before your arrival. Regarding the television, as soon as the issue was reported, I immediately arranged for maintenance to visit. When they determined the issue required the cable provider, Spectrum was contacted and resolved the problem as soon as they were able to come out. The property has never had any known safety concerns, and many guests have enjoyed staying here without issue.

Great proximity to the beach

Will stay again. Faces the ocean and literally a block or so away but through a shadier area but all the same no sweat. Just enough space for 4 adults and 2 teens. Parking was perfect. Pool was nearby. House was pretty clean except a few hairballs here and there but was assured by owner that bedding is changed between uses. Smart Tvs. Patio front and rear. Really happy to find there were paper plates to use. Beds were loud but comfy. Wouldve liked a broom or vacuum to deal with the sand that tracks in from the beach. Overall Will stay again.
