It's a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. The house is small, but roomy enough for everyone to have the space they need. The backyard is large and has 2 porch swings and a fire pit area. It also has a nice covered pool.
We tried to use the pool, but being April it was extremely cold so that didn't quite pan out.
There were a couple of things that didn't quite work out. The pull out couch in the room back by the pool is very worn so laying on it to sleep was like laying on bare springs. That unfortunately was a bedroom that we needed for the number of family members we had there.
The other issue, in the room with the twin beds, we were trying to find the cord for the white noise machine so moved the night stand and one of the beds by the outlet. We found quite a few used tissues which says the cleaning staff wasn't as thorough as they should have been.
The listing does talk about active trains. This really isn't much of an issue. There are frequent trains, but they aren't loud and they move extremely fast and are done. Not something to steer you away from the property!
We stayed there for a multi day event at Daytona Beach, it was a 15 minute drive, so it's in the perfect spot. we would recommend this to anyone if you want a quiet place.
