The Heart of Uptown Columbus

Live like the locals at our stylish revitalized Loft in the heart of Uptown Columbus. Just outside your front door you can enjoy unique restaurants, retail, outdoor adventures and vibrant nightlife. Rent a bike and explore the Chattahoochee Riverwalk or walk to one of the Uptown events. Perfect for families or a couples getaway. Our space has 1 BR/1BA, 2 total beds to accommodate 1-4 people. Ft. Benning is about a 10-15 min drive (7.5 miles).
Situated between two 4.5+ star restaurants, 1 block from the observation deck for the white water rapids, Chattahoochee riverwalk and Broadways entertainment, the location is perfect for grabbing a coffee, dining out or getting anywhere on your feet.
The unit features views of downtown's Historic Post office and Trinity Episcopal Church, established in the late 1800's and Georgia’s fifth Episcopal Church. Hear the church bell every hour or enjoy the sunrise from the large windows.
The home is on the second floor, 1 flight of stairs, and is equipped with a small kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. The kitchen overlooks the living room and features a pullout sleeper sectional and smart TV before entering the spacious bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom.
Smart TV with fast broadband internet service. You can stream any and all of your TV/Movie platforms.

Location Location Location!

What a charming apartment. We stayed for a weekend hiking and rafting trip and fell in love with the walkability of Uptown Columbus. Apartment has everything you need and is very clean. Towels even smelled super fresh. Enjoyed!

Great Location

The check-in process was a little rough, but after we gained access to the property, we were very happy. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was a lot of noise on Saturday from the restaurants below, but it wasn't too bad.

Great Spot in Columbus

This was a great property in Columbus. Perfect for our stay. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Very close to all of the great restaurants and shops on Broadway. Only complaint would be, some of the neighbors and downstairs businesses can be loud at night.

Walk around Columbus

This property was very quaint and unique. It was within walking distance (2 blocks) of the main street that had many shops, restaurants and bars. The restaurants downstairs were very nice as well, of you tired from exploring the Riverwalk. It was nice to feel like a local, and Jessica made us feel just like that. Two thumbs up and we will be returning again soon. Thank you Jessica for making this trip hassle-free and we enjoyed the unique qualities of the rental!

Super cool downtown loft

Miss Jessica is so nice and very accommodating, checking in was an absolute breeze. The loft is located in historic downtown Columbus and very near to the historic Courthouse/Post Office, you can easily walk to most historic destinations and the RiverWalk is but perhaps 3 blocks from this location. Something to know is this loft is in a building that was built in 1925 so, keep in mind that you might hear a little bit of street noise but not all that bad. Will most definitely stay here again, if you have any questions Miss Jessica will be more than happy to assist you.

Easy walk to Uptown Columbus

We had a great time staying at this property. It is indeed right in the heart of Columbus. Parking isn’t easy Uptown and once we parked the car in front of the property we didn’t move it until we departed. This is an upstairs unit, over a French pastry market. One block over is a small neighborhood bodega and several small restaurants along the street. Saturday we walked down to the outdoor market on Broadway. Lunch was at The Mix. Dinner and entertainment at The Loft. Can’t wait to visit again.

The apartment is in a great location and close to restaurants and shops, which was nice. It is also close to the river. There are a few things about our stay that could be improved for future guests. Typically, we receive check-in information 24 hours ahead of time so we know where we're going, the parking situation, etc.; however, we only received this information 30 minutes before our stay after messaging and calling the owner as well as having to call VRBO, who then had to call the owner. This made it stressful on our way there as we weren't sure if we were going to have the necessary information by the time we got there (which was after the listed check-in time). The apartment is spacious enough, likely best for 2 guests. It could be cleaner as a couple of the towels were visibly dirty and the trashcan had a very strong odor. There was also a half used small hotel bottle of lotion. It would be helpful if the owner left a manual with information for guests as well, particularly for the thermostat. We were not able to find the thermostat anywhere, then had to message the owner because the air blows right on the head of the bed all night. However, we were never able to get the information because of VRBO blocking their email address (used for log in) through messaging, so we could never adjust the air. Also, there was a microwave but not a single microwave-safe dish. Overall, a good location, but could use several improvements to make for a better experience.

Excellent!!!

Property was just as described. Very clean and spacious. I was fascinated by the character of the building. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is my favorite thing about it. I'm a block away from Broadway so the noise of the hustle and bustle and partying is not an issue.

The views from the window and ability to go to any of the 4 restaurants on either side of me makes this a winner.
