Our host Mike was amazing! Communicating with Mike was excellent. Property was beautiful, clean and location couldn’t have been better. Walk out the door and you’re right on the beach. We will definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The bedrooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day at the beach. The entire property was well-maintained and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable beach vacation. We would happily stay here again!

Thanksgiving on the Beach

Beautiful home and location on Bethany Beach. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again.

A wonderful home away from home! The house was perfect for our family of four along with two grandparents. You can't get any closer to the beach and it was so quiet!! It was like having the entire beach to ourselves! Being able to walk to Matt's Fish Camp in five minutes was great! The location is really nice for venturing out to both Rehoboth/Lewes and Ocean City, Maryland. The kids loved playing pickleball on the tennis courts fifty feet away from the front door!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, well equipped, and offered beautiful ocean views from every floor. We loved the easy beachfront access and short walk to nearby restaurants. The board games and sand toys were also a hit with our family. The host was very responsive, and check-in was smooth. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing family vacation at the beach! The view is amazing and being able to walk out the back deck and be right on the beach can't be beat. Mike was a wonderful host and any questions we had were answered promptly. I can't recommend this property enough...we wud definitely be back next time we come to Bethany!

Most relaxing vacation stay

The home was lovelier than the pictures. Mike’s townhouse was comfortable, clean, felt like a real home. The location was spectacular and we loved the 3 levels of decks and being right on the beach. Mike also responded immediately when we had a question. We will be back.

Great beach house

Beautifully decorated, spacious apartment/terrace house on three floors directly on a quiet, wide, private beach. You simply walk down from the terrace and you can enjoy a wonderful swim or take a nice walk to a cool beach bar (Big Chill). The balconies on each floor are great and with a bit of luck you can see dolphins swimming past. We spent a wonderful and relaxing week here in August and would come back in a heartbeat.

Ocean views & Serene Sunrises

Nestled on a private beach front, this three level well appointed home offers spectacular ocean views. We vacationed during early October and the weather was amazing! The 1st and 2nd floor screened-in and 3rd floor open balconies offer amazing views of the ocean, serene sunrises, and tranquil sunsets. It’s a pristine location for sea shell collectors and those seeking the rhythmic sounds of ocean waves. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Amazing beachfront week!

We had an incredible time here during our week at the beach. The house is extremely clean, beautifully decorated (but not overly so with breakable things everywhere—a huge plus if you have young kids!), fully stocked (there’s three different types of coffee machines for every type of coffee drinker), and just overall comfortable. It really felt like home for a week, and not like we were in some austere hotel room. We ate as many meals as possible on the screened in porch, splashed in the sunset tidal pool, and watched the dolphins everyday from the beach. It’s truly an oasis! Mike and Haley were wonderful to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay. We can’t wait to come back.

You cannot beat this location. The property was as advertised - perfect views, came with beach chairs etc, The host was extremely communicative which was appreciated. Would absolutely return here.
