This beautiful, 4 bed/2 bath home located in the heart of Navarre is the perfect get away. With a new full size pool. Pool is also pet friendly. Work, play, and relax, all near one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from the grocery stores, restaurants, and Navarre Beach. Less than 5 min to Navarre beach parking lot with beach and pier, only 7 min to Navarre sea turtle rescue and just a short 15 min drive to Gulf Breeze Zoo attraction.

You will love our home’s huge, private, fenced in backyard, which offers plenty of areas to relax and enjoy those beautiful Florida nights! Chill out on Adirondack chairs under the backyard pergola. Hang out in the Florida room on our new, lounge furniture or the large farmhouse table after firing up the gas grill and cooking up your local catch.

Central air conditioning, plus ceiling fans in every room, will keep everyone comfortable and cool.

The newly decorated interior features a coveted open concept layout with expansive living, kitchen, and dining spaces. The fully stocked kitchen has a full suite of appliances, and the large dining room table, which seats 6, makes it the perfect spot for everyone to gather around. Plus, bar seating in living room seats 2.

Living room with two, large, comfortable couches features a large screen Smart TV for everyone to watch the latest on Netflix!

Sleeps 10 comfortably. All bedrooms feature NEW memory foam mattresses with cozy bedding. Additionally, the Master Bedroom, which is located separate from all the other bedrooms, features a King size memory foam mattress, Smart TV, comfortable workstation with High-Speed internet, walk-in closet, plus a fully stocked, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub and his and her vanity.

We have an additional Smart TV in Bedroom 2, which has a new Queen size memory foam mattress. Bedroom 3 offers Bunk Beds with new, Full size memory foam mattresses and Bedroom 4 has a new, King size memory foam mattress.
Hall bath is conveniently located in between Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 and comes fully stocked.

Essential amenities like, beach chairs, beach toys, washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Excellent location. Reasonable priced. Clean. Great communication with host. Kitchen was well stocked. However, the furnishings were poor and uncomfortable. The beds especially were unexceptionable. The beds were as advertised but cheap creaking frames with loose legs made us opt for mattresses on the floor to get a good night sleep. Lawn furniture also needs to be upgraded. Overall it was a good experience and we would return if the bed frames were replaced with actual sturdy bed frames.

One of the nicest houses we have rented in the Florida area. Close to many of the places we usually visit during our stay. Loved the pool and the dogs loved the backyard. Was easy to navigate to close by shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Attention to detail could have been better. Some stains on carpet, kitchen chairs and furniture in living room. There are stains on drapes leading to sunroom, leg on desk chair I tried to tighten but bolts are stripped, there is a small hole in wall by mirror in kitchen. Landscape was many weeds. Pool was great, sun rot on wicker chairs outside one broken thru.

We really enjoyed this house. The location was perfect. The size of the house was perfect. The pool was perfect. We did have issues getting into the home, but Carol was quick to get things fixed for us and apologized for things that needed attention due to previous renters. I thought the house was clean and tidy. The only things I would suggest is, we cook on vacation to save money for a large family, and there just wasn't great cookware to use. We expected a grill, it was not usable so we purchased a cheap one and left it, and the patio furniture could use attention. All in all, we were able to make it work! Thanks Carol!

Amazing house

Amazing house , has all you need for a home away from home , beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on at a rental. Great location 1.5 mins to the beach.

This property provided us all the comforts of home. The patio alongside the pool is amazing and we used it many sunny afternoons. There was plenty of space, and the owner was very flexible with us in terms of our check in time. Very good experience!

Disappointed. About three hours before our check-in time, I messaged the host to see if there would be a chance that we could check in early. I did not get a response. About an hour before our check-in time. I called the host but had to leave a vm. Ten minutes before check-in time I contacted VRBO because I still had not heard from the host. They tried contacting her by phone, twice, and she never answered. While we were waiting for VRBO to try to contact her, we discovered that the back door was unlocked. I let the representative from VRBO know this and, also, that the property had not been cleaned. He was as disappointed as we were. We discussed them looking for another property for us or just keeping this one. He did advise that it would be difficult finding a new property that is similar due to it being a holiday weekend. We ended up keeping this property and decided to start cleaning it ourselves, We started washing the bed clothes and cleaning the floors. VRBO did give us some additional One Key Cash that was greatly appreciated. The host, finally, called me about 30 minutes after we were in the home. She apologized and asked how the property was. I explained how disappointed I was w/the lack of communication and that the property had not even been cleaned. She did have it cleaned the next day. We discussed a refund for the trouble. When I received the refund, it was only half of what we agreed on. When I messaged her about this, I was, “ghosted”, again. Horrible host.

Exactly as described

Functional house within 10 mins of the beach. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for several adults to move around. Had issues with the plumbing during a rainstorm..this may just the way it is in this area not really sure.

Found a lot of issues, the patio furniture was rusted and covered with duct tape. One chair broke and I fell onto the concrete deck and scraped my thigh, bad enough I bled. I’m glad I had updated tetanus shot. Ripped cushion on love seat in the outdoor seating. Front door would not lock when leaving property on a daily basis. Garage door once opened would not work unless accessed from service door between garage and kitchen. Always had to lock up front of house from inside, and leaving from backyard access, leaving home open. I came across several towels rotted, I threw one away, left the other one so they could see it. Home was in a great location, yard was nice for dogs, if traveling with one. The MB carpet was filthy, the closet in bathroom I left open and sprayed several times with Lysol, smelled like dirty shoes. Stained wash clothes. Appears owner needs a new house manager. The pool was nice , nice lanai, tv in MB did not work. Sorry it’s not a more positive review, but it was disappointing.

We had a wonderful time. The house is a really good location close to everything and all of the beaches. It has a large fenced yard that was great for the dogs. There were a few things that could be updated but everything worked so no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with family for spring break and though at first it appeared nice and clean there was a lot of food debris in the kitchen and multiple cockroaches noted. They did respond and have someone come out to assess and treat but it was enough to prevent me from cooking at the house so resorted to eating out for meals. Not ideal with 4 kids. Pool heater was not working so adults didnt utilize, kids tried. The more uncomfortable part for me was the neighbors next door staring anytime you were outside. From reading other reviews apparently its the owners but just awkward and uncomfortable. Would definitely not book again. Hate leaving bad reviews but had i known better I wouldn't have stayed personally.

The house was very clean. The heated pool did not work for at least half of our stay. We also experienced the "nephew " enter the outside property (backyard) without any warning. The host lives next door and it felt as though we were being watched. There is a fence between the rental and the hosts home. She opened the fence several different occasions to get things out of a storage shed or check the pool pump. Duck tape on the chairs outside, dryer was dirty, microwave had no display, dishwasher display didn't work either and the ice portable ice maker did not work.
