Historic lakefront guesthouse

Relax and enjoy this Guest House with views of a lake with great history and a property to match. Start out your day with a cup of your favorite coffee out on the balcony or lakeside, watching the sun reflect off the lake and listening to nature. Then take out a kayak or paddle board for a bit of cardio before heading out to the parks, or enjoy some of Orlando’s hidden secrets for a bit of local fun.
The space
When you get home from the event filled day, relax by the fire pit and enjoy your favorite beverage while the kids play in the enormous back yard.

We are centrally located so you have easy access to the attractions, downtown, and close to several other lakes and dog friendly parks.

This space is dog friendly for one dog less than 25 pounds. No cats allowed. There may be other dogs on the property
Guest access
All outside common areas and yard to the lake. You also have a private balcony at the front of the house. Additional guests who are not on the reservation are not allowed without prior approval. Quiet hours are between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Other things to note
The property is pet friendly for one small dog, no cats. Baggage/luggage storage is available for early check in. Lessee must be present throughout the duration of lease. The property is non smoking(including vaping and e-cigarettes). Please park in front of the garage bay closest to the street. If you have more than one car please park it on the street and not behind your first car. Please no parties. No exceptions. To pull down the blinds, hold at the top and gently pull down on the bottom. Accommodation interiors/decoration subject to change at the discretion of the property owners. Grounds are seasonal, not everything is always in bloom, even Florida has a brief winter season when leaves are dropping and it is a little chilly. And finally, the amenities are not always avail to guest. We apologize for any inconvenience ahead of time, but there are times that we, the owners will reserve them for our private use.

My husband and I were in Orlando for two weeks. We spent part of our time at this beautiful place. The guest house where we stayed had everything we needed and included use of the pool, hottub, and outdoor area. Other than a few problems with the TVs our stay was wonderful! Would highly recommend!

Jason was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed our time by the pool and hot tub and our VRBO was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. My wife said to let her know if you need a permanent resident. The whole place was a VIBE

Lovely Get Away!

The check-in at this beautiful home was seamless. The home is stunning and complements the guest house suite. The guesthouse suite overlooks an amazing, relaxing pool area and a lake with fruit trees along the property. Friendly and welcoming homeowners made our experience feel comfortable and at home. Response to any questions or concerns was immediate. We stayed with two adults and two teens comfortably in the guesthouse. My son even got to visit with his dog! The guesthouse is well-stocked, clean, and cozy. Anything you may need is within minutes of the surrounding area. This stay was picturesque to say the least and definitely at the top of my list! I would love to stay here again!

Tranquil Escape

Overall wonderful stay in a great historic neighborhood! The area was quiet, safe and enjoyable for morning walks or coffee on the balcony with lake views. The villa itself was a lot more spacious than the pictures indicate and all the furnishings and accommodations included were just right for either a short- or long-term stay. The location was in close proximity to many local attractions, shopping, and restaurants, but did not feel crowded. Our host, Jason, was responsive to any questions and checked in to ensure the stay was as expected. Although the villa was well stocked and clean, we appreciated having extra supplies on hand, especially since we utilized the kitchen for some of our meals. The main property was undergoing outdoor patio and pool/jacuzzi renovations, therefore not utilized, but the workmanship was turning out beautifully! Although we didn't partake in the lake and outdoor activities (our choice, we didn't want to trek through work in progress), we would still recommend staying here due to the proximity of so many other great Orlando offerings. Even though workers were on site for a couple of days, they were respectful of our space, the noise level and time which made it feel as they were not there at all. Jason kept us updated on the work schedule throughout the stay.We would certainly return and hopefully enjoy the outdoor amenities once complete and would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Orlando area!

**Warning – misleading listing, poor communication, additional hidden fees**-listing says this property sleeps 5, but only has a queen bed and a queen pull out couch. The second couch in the living room is loveseat-sized and not long enough for an adult to lay in.-Pull out sofa bed is very uncomfortable for adults to sleep on (you can feel the coils poking into your back and the mattress is obviously thin).-Property has a kitchen but no dishwasher or dish rack.-There was some black residue on the outer edges of most of the pillowcases.-The AC in this above-garage unit is limited to 73 degrees minimum. Feels more like 76 and uncomfortable for sleeping in.-Use of their washing machine and dryer incurs an extra fee that is not in the listing, check-in info, or any correspondence – it is only listed in a link that is not hyperlinked in the check-out instructions.-Heating the pool or hot tub incurs an extra fee of 15 per 1.5 hours that is not in the listing, check-in info, or any correspondence – it is only listed in a link that is not hyperlinked in the check-out instructions.-“Quiet hours” are listed to start at 8pm.I made a special request for hot tub use at the time of reservation despite not seeing the information regarding extra fees. Owner did not respond to the request and was unreachable by the time I arrived and my group had gotten dressed for the hot tub (before 10pm). There is no external control unit. Owner was unsympathetic & did not wish to rectify.

Nice place, really roomy—perfect for decompressing after a busy week of training. The pool, hot tub, and lake were beautiful, and the location is close to everything.Jason was a great host—easy to communicate with and everything was smooth from start to finish.Easy stay, no stress.
