This was a wonderful place to stay for 2 adults and one child. I would say that the space would be a bit small if staying with multiple kids. The views were fantastic. It had everything we needed except extra bath towels. We would definitely stay again

Host responded quickly to questions. Check in was easy. Property was clean. It’s a bit small, but it was just my husband and I so it worked out well. It was cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony, but the view in the morning was amazing!!! A little note, since it was cold, it took the shower about 15 minutes to get hot water flowing on our first night. Overall, a great stay! Would certainly recommend.

We had a great stay. We loved the smaller of the 2 balconies as its more ocean front. The elevators are busy but benefitted from the higher floor since they weren't full when we got on. The condo was very comfortable and host communication was fantastic.

The pictures do not accurately reflect reality. The unit is very small. The mattress is so soft that we woke up with back aches each day. There isn’t adequate space to store personal belongings which necessitates living out of a suitcase. There were only 7 hangers in the closet. There are no hooks or bars to hang towels to dry in the bathroom. The building itself is in a state of disrepair and has not been updated in many years. Just next to the property on the beach is a large pipe that dumps rainwater from the streets into the ocean. Although there are chairs and umbrella rentals on the beach they are not open most days. This property is far from a resort. It is very disappointing. As a matter of fact we left a day early

Anniversary Stay

My wife and I wanted a nice, quick get-away for our anniversary. We were able to bring our dog. It was a wonderful experience! The locals were all very nice, and a lot to do nearby. Beautiful views and vibes all around!Thanks for the opportunity!!Kevin & Leslie

Beach view was great. Weather didn’t cooperate so we stayed in the room more than expected. Room was a lot smaller than pictures described. Shower was poor, no hot water some days, weak stream. One balcony was better than the other, could hardly fit 2chairs on it . Many indoor activities in the are, especially enjoyed the Coastal Shopping Mall.

Myrtle Beach with our Dog

The condo was wonderful. Had great views. We preferred the smaller balcony as it provided the most open water view but the other was nice as well. It's a busy property, elevators are busy and HOT. One last thing, I can't believe how some do not dry off from the pool or beach to come into the lobby and the elevators. The floors were always wet and slippery.

Great ocean view, property could use extra seating outside in the larger balcony but beautiful sunrise mornings. Property had fully stocked kitchen so that you can prepare meals. Bed was large and comfortable, amazing night's sleep. Few things that needed attention is cleaning. When we walked in there were gnats, even after killing them a few more appeared the next few days. The floors were really dirty, comforter needed washed and some towels were stained but clean. Also, tv a little small and satellite a little wonky at times but we werent in the rental that long to be a real big issue. We were there for the view! The property owners were quick and very responsive to any requests/concerns/questions which we really appreciated. The hotel itself, which has nothing to do with property owners, had a few things that did not leave a good impression. We visited the pool area bar a few times and it was always closed which was disappointing. Elevators were slow even with having so many. Also, the morning we left, they allowed a homeless woman to sit in main area to harass the guests. She was taking up one of the luggage carts with her various items and wouldn't let us have it, the worker at Starbucks had to coax her to give it to us to use. Something that the hotel staff should have taken care of as she had been there a while. All and all this met our needs for a quick get-a-way! We enjoyed our stay and others will be pleased too.

Room was fine, have stayed in many like this and it's a typical beachfront room. Nice and clean but has seen some use. Balconies, because they are split, are smaller than most single balconies. Kind of weird being on a small balcony on the 18th floor but it is what it is. We did have a problem with the hotel itself, which is not the host's fault (elevators were super slow and broken and some rude staff). Also, there is something future renters should definitely be aware of. When they charge you the security deposit 2 days before check in, they refresh the charge every 3 days. Well my bank doesn't release a hold for 7 days, so the second day of our trip the host took another 300 off our debit card balance, creating an embarrassing situation. They claim the previous 300 hold had fallen off (on their end it may have but TD bank didn't release it until 3 days after we got home) and even when sent a screenshot of my bank app showing 600 out of my account, they refused to acknowledge the inconvenience they'd caused. Wasn't thrilled about that. Otherwise no problems.
