This is our Sam Rayburn Suite, located in the North east corner of the second floor this room stays light and airy with a feel of being among the trees. Sink up to your neck in the deep cast iron soaking tub in the large en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. Just outside of your room step onto the front balcony, and back in time, to relax or visit.

The Space:
We offer the Sam Rayburn Suite just 150 days out of the year to maintain our Texas Homestead. Once that 150th day is booked, guests will have to wait to next year!

Walking distance to downtown and the winery.

***Please note that the Sam Rayburn Suite is part of our Homesteaded property in accordance with Chapter 11 of the Texas Property Tax Code. In order to maintain our Homestead rights under Section 11.13 (k) we only offer the carriage house for rental for a maximum of 150 days of the calendar year. Once the 150th day is booked on the site, there will be no opportunity to book any other days for that calendar year.***
