Come and enjoy the best views, location, and luxury furnishings of this home. The property is located on the main floor of a renovated Victorian home. Located directly on bayside Commercial Street in the heart of Ptown. You cannot get a better location and you have private access to the beach as well. The house has three separate, spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Over 1000sqf of outdoor space and parking for 2 cars as well!

This is our go-to place to stay when we visit Provincetown. The house is spacious and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation. The host is an excellent communicator and exceeds my expectations in a rental.

Our stay at this beachfront property was nothing short of perfect. The home is steps from the sand and right in the heart of everything—shops, restaurants, and water activities are all just an easy stroll away. We never missed a sunset, and waking up to ocean views from the deck was a dream.The property itself was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities you could possibly need. There was plenty of room for our group, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay relaxing and comfortable.What really made our visit extra special was the host: responsive, friendly, and always ready with helpful recommendations, but never intrusive. We felt completely at home, with the perfect balance of privacy and hospitality.If you’re looking for a centrally located beach house where you can soak up the sun, head out for local fun, and unwind in total comfort, this is the spot. We’ll absolutely be back for another stay!

The property was exactly as described and even better than the pictures portrayed. From the deck overlooking the water to the front porch perfect for people watching - we thoroughly enjoyed this property. The owner was the easiest person to communicate with and to deal with, making our stay problem free. I can absolutely recommend a stay at this property and hope to book it again in the future.

I travel to PTown a lot and this is truly one of the most gorgeous properties there. No better location. Sumptuous interior, giant private deck, so many bathrooms, chef's kitchen, zoned climate control, great communicatioon with owner. :)

Luxury in P-town

The wow factor is undeniable in this fabulously appointed house. Stayed here over the NYE holiday and couldn’t imagine a better spot. The interior is both beautifully updated and retains old world charm. Truly a treat to stay here!

Best Place in Ptown

This is the best place I've ever stayed in Ptown over the past 20+ years. (I'm almost afraid to write a good review because I don't want competition for my next trip :) ). What's great is 1) Perfect, central location 2) On the water with beautiful bay view and large private deck 3) Very nicely upgraded space that is the best combination of modern/new and traditional Ptown coziness. The pics are very true to the look/feel of the condo but would also say it's actually bigger than you might get from just the pics and floor plan. We've already decided we want to rent again next year.

Sister's and nephew getaway

This property was more than we could imagine. My sister & I have been coming to Provincetown for the last 4 yrs in honor of our mom. We invited our nephew to join us and think this place will be our "go to" for every year. Everything was perfect and Hilliard was so accommodating when we requested an additional day. Amazing location with warmth and charm

Our group of friends wanted a property close to the middle of P-Town, as well as a property with a bit of charm. We received that and more! This house is beautiful with many small details to appreciate. The layout is perfect for a movie night in, relaxing on the balcony or a small gathering of friends before dinner. We would love to return!

Gorgeous property on prime real estate

Loved this house, gorgeous views, large back patio with waterfront views on the Main Street with lots of shooed and restaurants. The house was very nice and clean. The owner was very nice and responsive to all my questions. You do need to pack your own shampoo, body wash because none is provided. Extra paper towels and toilet paper would’ve been nice because the house provides you with a minimal amount and you’re responsible to purchase the rest.

Amazing!

My family/friend group has been traveling to Provincetown every summer for the past 20+ years. The Sandpiper, without a doubt, offered the best accommodations and location that we have ever experienced. Each couple in our group had their own bedroom with private bath and we had an amazing common area to share. The house had everything needed for a wonderful time together. We are already planning a return visit!

As Lovely as It Looks!

The best place to stay in P-Town. Period. Our favorite spot was the front porch; watching hundreds of people walk down Commercial Street. But then there is the expansive deck facing the ocean! And the perfect kitchen and comfy living room and lovely bedrooms with baths. Thank you to our wonderful hosts and to Paulo. Perfection.

Amazing stay!

Every year friends and I go to P-Town for our annual pilgrimage. This was the 5th year and by far the best stay yet. You cannot beat the location and porch views. The host was very attentive and available for all questions.

A lovely week

House gorgeous, spacious, great communication with host, beautiful view, right in town with a view of the bay. The only negative was that the afternoons were quite loud with the hotel next door when trying to be out on the deck and trying to put our baby down for a nap but the noise stopped by 7pm typically. I would stay here again.

Best Rental in Provincetown

Our second stay at this condo. Wonderful location with the front of the condo on Commercial Street and the back on the beach. The condo is perfectly stocked and very comfortable. Owners are very responsive. You will not be disappointed.
