Welcome to Unit #212 - Shore 2 Please, a beautiful one-bedroom condo with gorgeous views from the private balcony of the newly remodeled Laguna Reef Condominiums. Relax in the hot tub overlooking Aransas Bay or cool off in the Laguna Reef swimming pool. Spend your evenings fishing from the 1000-foot lighted fishing pier and grill up your best catch at one of the outdoor grilling areas.

Enjoy cooling bay breezes from the private patio with comfortable outdoor furniture or enjoy the great decor and bay views from the living room. The balacony has a high-top table that will seat two and two rocking chairs with a side table. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and seating for two at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, blender, crock-pot and dishwasher. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. This unit also has Wi-Fi and is pet-friendly (2 dogs maximum)! The bathroom has a walk in shower. All linens and towels will be provided to you for your convenience.

Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, beautiful lagoon area at the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space.Guests will also have access to a coin-operated washer and dryer.

Shore 2 Please is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing, you can purchase a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free, and the north pier has a beach admission fee. Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.

This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum.
