We love Just Peachy! My family and I just returned from our week there, and it really could not have been a better experience. The house was extremely clean & comfortable, and the layout was perfect for us - the kids slept on the main floor at night (12-year-old in the loft, 14-year-old in the bedroom), while my wife & I took the lower-level bedroom. Everything we needed to cook and everything we needed for the beach was provided, and the use of the Ford Bronco was the icing on the cake! Coffee on the deck in the morning, lounging in the pool with a margarita after a day at the beach....ahhh, but I digress. Melissa was very responsive and easy to work with, while the on-island team was always available to answer questions. From the booking process to the level of communication to the house location and amenities - it was an exceptionally relaxing vacation from beginning to end!

The house was perfect, the host communicative, and we had a blast! If we come back as a group we already said we’ll have to book just peachy again!

We came to St. John to celebrate my granddaughter's graduation. Just Peachy was just perfect. The property is wonderful. It was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Sitting on the deck in the morning watching the iguanas and the birds in the trees was just peaceful. Nature and the local wildlife beautiful. In the evenings my girls enjoyed the pool. The host has recommendations from the ferry service to a personal driver. The drivers were awesome. The use of the Bronco was very helpful. All the recommendations in the Welcome e-mail were very helpful. We needed to reach out a couple of times and, when doing so, we received a very prompt response. We cannot wait to return. It was perfect! Thank you very much.

If you want to stay in a villa that has a true island feel, Just Peachy is your villa. The villa was clean on arrival and had all the basics you would need for your stay. The air conditioning took a little getting use to, thankful for the fans that were provided as well. The Bronco that is available with villa is an extra bonus. We have stayed in St John 3 times and the location of the villa is convenient to town and beaches. We had a few hiccups along the way , but Melissa always responded promptly and took care of things.

Great villa with awesome sunset view. Very clean and had everything we needed. Convenience of vehicle and parking downtown included- a nice perk! Loved our visit!

St John won our hearts! Just Peachy made it great!

We stayed 3 nights. We loved St John. The property offered a Bronco, which was a great bonus. The property is homey and very cute. Loved having morning coffee on the balcony. Great great place!

This sweet villa was perfect for our family. It graciously comes with the Bronco which was incredibly helpful as we drove to several different beaches and dinner.

Amazing stay in St. John!

This place was a great find on St. John! The host was extremely hospitable, responsive, and accomodating throughout the stay. Amazing views from the place, great location as well, only 10-15 mins drive from Cruz Bay. The rental car offered by the host was very convenient as well! Overall, highly recommend booking this place!

St John Paradise

We had everything and more to enjoy our stay on St John in this very comfortable property. The pool was perfect for relaxing and views were amazing. This is the perfect location to access all of the beautiful St John beaches and nearby restaurants. Check in/out was extremely easy. Can't wait to return!

Great place to stay on St John

Great place to stay on the island! Great location, great view. Very pretty property! We rented a car (in excellent condition) from the hosts which was super convenient, no need to rely on the car ferry. Melissa was a great host. Def would recommend!

Everything about the house was wonderful. The Bronco coming with the house was a huge bonus and very convenient that it came with parking in town. The space was cute and pefect for our group of six, including two kids. There were bags/chairs we could take to the beach which made beach visits even better. Definitely would stay here again!

Just Peachy is Just Perfect

Our group of six adults enjoyed a two night stay post charter in the BVI. Melissa and her team were quick to make sure we were well informed and everything was Just Peachy. The house is well supplied, pool is refreshing and use of their great Bronco with in town parking spot made everything super convenient

House is decorated very cute and has everything you need for a great vacation. Property manager and owner were very easy to get ahold of with any questions or issues.

Amazing Vacation

Just Peachy was the perfect home away from home for our family. Melissa is super communicative and responsive. The island hosts were informative and helpful. And the beautiful home offered us everything we needed. We love St. John and would absolutely chose to stay at Just Peachy again!

What an amazing experience

Could not recommend this property more! It was perfect for three different couples, but would be just as perfect for a family with kids. The private pool was great to have, the included Bronco was awesome for getting around the island, and the host was more than accommodating! If we return to St John, we will absolutely be staying at this property again!

Perfect 25th Anniversary Celebration

We had an spectacular time on St. John. The villa was perfect! It had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like home, and cannot beat the location. Melissa and Julianne were amazing to work with. Definitely will be looking to rebook again.

Spring break in paradise

We had a wonderful time for our first trip to St. John. Communication with property manager was excellent. Vehicle available for rent with the property was super convenient. Location was fantastic near a couple restaurants and easy drive to beaches and hiking. Would absolutely recommend to others.

Beautiful rental!!

My family had an amazing stay in St. John and LOVED this rental. It was close enough to Cruz Bay and the beaches, spacious and cleanly. Melissa was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed assistance with. We brought our small dog and we were able to rent a vehicle directly from her, which made the whole process very convenient!

Beautiful home w/ Wonderful Owners

This home is a little off the beaten path, literally(!), but if you don't mind the driving challenge, it's a great location in the middle of the island, about 15-20 minutes to everywhere! The owners were also super cool and communicated well about some issues we experienced. Would def recommend!
