THE SPACE
This bright and spacious Boho style home is thoughtfully designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. The house is artistically decorated to stimulate your senses and creativity. Take a nap on the hammock, strike your best yoga pose on the picturesque cabana or grab a selfie in front of the striking 12ft mural in the living room. Every piece of furniture and decorative items were carefully selected to create an exciting space that is pleasing to the eye while providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Walk into the Boho Chic living room and be greeted, you will be greeted with an eye-catching 12ft hand painted MURAL that will be sure to start a conversation and maybe a few selfies. Whether you want to soak in the desert sun or stargaze at night, our luxurious CABANA and large backyard with many amenities (hammocks, fire pit, BBQ grill, corn hole game) is perfectly setup to entertain or to lounge around all day.

AMENITIES:
LIVING ROOM
Enjoy free high speed WIFI and cable TV on a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV. The TV has a large selection of apps that you can sign into with your paid account (Prime Video, Hulu, Netflix, ESPN, Disney, Apple Video, and many more).

BEDROOMS
The home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people with 2 in each bedroom and 2 on the queen size sofa bed. The master-bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a 55 inch flat screen TV. The other 2 rooms are have a queen-sized bed and nightstands. The rooms are furnished with fresh soft linen and comfortable mattress of varying degree of firmness to please everyone. Do the Goldilocks test until you find the right bed for you.

BABY/ CHILDREN EQUIPMENT
Baby crib, baby bath, eating utensils, high chair (up to 3yrs old) and stool are available upon request.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
Test your culinary skills in the large and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything that you will need to cook a hearty family meal. Serve up some refreshing drinks at the stool bar.
- KITCHEN TOOLS & APPLIANCES: Oven, microwave, 4-slice toaster, blender, electric hot water kettle, salad spinner, dishwasher, olive oil, salt, pepper and basic spices.
- COFFEE & TEA: Premium complimentary coffee and tea are provided for your enjoyment.
- DINING TABLE: Seating for 8 people.

BACKYARD
The spacious and manicured backyard takes up a majority of the half acre lot. The backyard boasts multiple spaces for you to spread out and play all day.
- COVERED PATIO: Enjoy a beautiful sunset dinner on the patio.
- CABANA LOUNGE: The cabana has multiple seating areas that you can lounge in. The classy white curtains are as functional as they are decorative. They are great for providing privacy, block the hot sun, and can be anchored to the bottom of the post on windy days.
- FIRE PIT: Gather around the fire pit and make some s'mores. Please keep the lid on to comply with city regulations.
- CORN HOLE GAME: Play a few rounds of Corn Hole to burn off the food.
- HAMMOCKS: Wrap yourself in a hammock and gaze at the beautiful starry sky. (NOTE: WEIGHT LIMIT ON EACH HAMMOCK IS 300 LBS)
- BBQ GRILL: A large charcoal BBQ grill is ready for you to test your grilling prowess. Please be a kind human and clean the grill after you're done. The person after you will appreciate it.

- Grab a yoga mat and put on a workout video.
- Take a few selfies in front of the mural if you feel playful. There are some props in the basket and hats on the wall if you want to get creative.
- Play a friendly game of dominoes, or get competitive with some Twister action.

HEATING & COOLING
The house has central heating & air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable at all times. There are 2 separate cooling systems that use different technology to cool the house.
- AIR CONDITIONER: Runs on electricity to cool and propane to heat.
- EVAPORATIVE COOLER (PREFERRED on hot days): This is also known as a Swamp Cooler. It pumps water into the system to cool the house. This is the preferred system for the hot months as it is more energy efficient than AC.
(NOTE: Be sure to keep a window cracked open while the evaporative cooler is running to ensure optimal performance). This cooler will not be available during the cold months (November - March) as the waterline may freeze.
- FAN: The master bedroom has a ceiling fan and there is an extra fan stored in the kitchen cabinet should you need it.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the house except for the garage and the locked cabinets in the kitchen and hallway.
Other things to note
- The fireplace cannot be used for safety reasons. We have provided flameless candles that you can use to create a cozy ambience.
- Please be kind to the next person and clean the grill after each use.
- Please be sure to keep all the game pieces and parts together where so the next guests can continue to enjoy them.

HOUSE RULES
Please respect the house rules. We want to provide a 5-star pleasant experience for all guests. Enjoy and treat the home as if it is your own.
- Please take off your shoes and leave them on the shoe rack.
- Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- No additional overnight guests are allowed.
- The city limits the number of guests and visitors on the property during the day to a maximum of 12 people and maximum 6 cars parked on the driveway.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No moving/re-arranging furniture.
- Please don't use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide black makeup towels. (Stains on white towels are yucky. You wouldn't want that on your face.)
- Please only flush toilet paper down the toilets. (my pipes will thank you.)
- No drugs of any kind. (Except the legal kind.) Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your stay and a refund will not be provided.
- No smoking inside the house (i.e. marijuana, cigarettes, vape, cigars, etc.). This will result in a $500 fee if we have to get the smoke smell out of furniture, drapes, and rooms. Smoking outside is OK but please throw away your cigarette butts and ashes.
- No pets allowed. A $500 fee will be charged if a pet is discovered on the property.
- Exterior security cameras are located on the property. Altering or changing the exterior cameras will result in a $250 fee to dispatch security to ensure the cameras are properly functioning.
- California is suffering from a bad DROUGHT so please avoid excessive use of water to help with conservation. (Your carbon footprint score will go up.)

Please note that any damages to the property caused by guests or anyone that guests invite over during the stay will be charged back to guests' account. Thank you for your understanding.
