It sounds like you had a mixed experience at the house, with both positive aspects and some areas for improvement. A starter set of essentials is mentioned in the property listing, but can be subjective at times as some find it to be enough for their stay and others not nearly enough. Dealing with temperature regulation issues can be frustrating, especially during colder months, but it's good to hear that you were able to make use of space heaters to stay comfortable. We are sorry to hear that you experienced a couple of maintenance issues during your stay here with us, although we are happy to hear that we were able to send someone out to look at the issues, even if we were not able to resolve them. Upon your departure, we did take the action and sent a certified tech to resolve the heating issues as well as look into the fireplace issue further.
