This modern residence boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a newly designed open-concept living area. Relax on the opulent 135" sectional sofa, enjoy movie nights on the 65" Smart TV, and soak in the sophisticated comfort of this luxury space.

Getting around couldn’t be easier! Major freeways (I-69, I-45, and I-610) are close by, and Downtown attractions are only a 2–5 minute drive. Metro buses and the METRORail’s Purple Line offer affordable public transit, while rideshare services and taxis are always available.
The site of this property is among its primary advantages. It is near nearly all significant hospitals, airports, sporting events, stadiums, universities, and the downtown area. Additionally, you have the choice to use Uber/Lyft without incurring high transportation costs.
