SPACIOUS & FAMILY FRIENDLY Seaside Manor awaits our guests for their next unforgettable vacation. Amazing destination for holiday gatherings and family reunions. Large family kitchen table and spacious kitchen with double oven offers the perfect gathering area for the entire family.

The central location of this 3 story manor, is only blocks away from the beach and downtown. The Boardwalk offers plenty to do for everyone including arcades, dining, bumper cars, and vintage shops.

Home away from home of three stories with 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths and plenty of space for the whole family. The main floor has wraparound entertaining areas with a fireplace to bring the family together. (Sleeps 12) And, with brand new heating throughout, the home is always cozy and warm.

The game room is big and spacious with a big screen TV and foosball table. The large family kitchen has enough cooking space and two stove tops to "cook for an army". And families can gather around the large dining room table for all occasions. Guests will also enjoy a great covered patio with a Hot Tub and BBQ to enjoy after a day of exploring.
Great neighborhood that is in a central location with easy access to all the attractions. Short walk to the Boardwalk and Beach.

The Boardwalk offers plenty to do for everyone in your party, including an arcade that both kids and adults will love, restaurants, a movie theater that plays old movies and serves food, bumper cars, candy shops, and more!

The Seaside Aquarium is also located on the boardwalk where you can feed the seals or pet some starfish. So much to do with easy access to everything.
Most people love to just walk around. There are bicycle, kayak, paddle board and paddle boats to rent within walking distance. For Goonies Explorers, Seaside is a great central location to tour all the locations within 30 minutes.

Great place!

We rent this house every year for the Wine Walk in November and we love it! It's walkable to everything you want to do in Seaside. Private hot tub is really nice.

Relaxing Fun Time in Seaside

We really enjoyed our stay in this quirky house. Huge place and the kids just had a blast. Us adults got to rest. Cannot beat the location. We are very glad to have stayed here. Thank you!!!

Big House Close to Everything

We had a family of 6 stay for the weekend celebrating 2 Birthday's! The house was a great size for us; everyone had their own bedroom (couples) and each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which was a plus! The home is older and a bit "funky", but that's what we liked about it. The location was perfect for us! Walk-able to everything in town and the beach!

Lots of room to spread out

We enjoyed having our own space large enough for 4 families. The hot tub was a plus and the location (walking distance from downtown) was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals for a large group and the dining room table was perfect for playing games. We'd return without hesitation.

Very nice

Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had, checking in was simple. House was warmed up for us on a very cold day. Space was huge and room for all. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return!

Early Christmas with 3 generations

Great communication with the hosts. The house is fun and quirky. There was plenty of space for all of us, we cooked several meals, including a prime rib dinner. We love the location, and took several walks to the downtown and beach area. Overall we had a fantastic stay and made lots of memories.

Girls trip

Great house for a large group. 3 generations of the women in our family. Lots of room to spread out.We walked everywhere. Nice job of blending the old with new. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The hot tub was luke warm and we were not able to increase the heat. It was a real bummer for my daughter and her friends for her 16th birthday.

Great location

We had a wonderful time, except for the sewer backed up and we couldn’t use water for about 8 hours. We were in contact with the owners about this. The owners got a plumbing company to fix the problem. The location is within walking distant to the Promenade and the beach. This is a great place for large families. It is very spacious. Thankyou for letting us stay in your place!

On the positive side, this property is in a great location and has on site parking. It is easily walkable to everything and just a couple of blocks from the beach. The dining room was large enough for all of us. The host was quick to respond to questions before our arrival. Overall, we were disappointed in the property given how it was presented in the listing. The cleanliness was not on par with our usual Vrbo experience—-cobwebs, mold in the bathrooms, uncovered vents, dirty carpeting, a broken toilet seat. This property is meant for a large group and there were 2 wine glasses.The home is old but with some attention to cleaning, minor repairs and additional kitchen supplies it would be a more comfortable stay.

We do want to clarify a few points: during your stay, you did not communicate any concerns to us regarding cleanliness or repairs. We pride ourselves on being responsive, and had you reached out, we would have immediately addressed any issues. Our property is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each guest’s arrival, and the items you mention (such as mold, broken fixtures, or limited kitchenware) were not noted by our cleaning team nor by the guests before or after your stay. We also keep extra kitchen supplies, including glasses, stocked in the home. We welcome constructive feedback and continually maintain and improve the property, but it’s important to note that concerns brought up only after departure cannot be verified or corrected in real time. We encourage all guests to communicate directly with us during their stay so we can ensure the best experience possible.

Quirkily comfortable

For a location that sleeps as many as it does, you can't beat it. Walking distance of everything. We were there for a wedding and the venue was in walking distance. It's a quirky house that the owners are still working on, but the dining area was our favorite hangout spot. Hubby wants to duplicate it in our home. Thanks for the great communication. To the owners keep your upgrades going, but keep the quirky.

Great house for a larger group!

We loved our time in this house! The house is large with plenty of spaces to spread out. We had room for all the family activities and a big family dinner and game night. A nice plus, the kitchen was a good size for cooking with two ovens. Wanted to stay longer and would rebook without hesitation!
