We just minutes from 🏥 Mayo clinic and beautiful ☀️Jax, 🏝Neptune and 🏖 Atlantic beaches.

We are locating close to everything:
- 🏖 15 min to Jax, Neptune and Atlantic beaches,
- 20 min to Ponte Vedra,
- 10 min to Mayo Clinic,
- 10 min to University of North Florida,
- 15 min to Jaguars Stadium,
- 35 min to St. Augustine.

The space
IMPORTANT:
- Every guest required to Read, Agree and Follow House Rules.

- We are locating on unpaved road in the heart of Jacksonville, which could cause some dust and some puddles during heavy rains, but nothing else. This making roads much safer because only few cars passing by and no one can speed on them.

We've been thinking of everything you need to feel this place as your home.

This is a open concept floor plan one level single family house with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and high ceilings.

Amazing kitchen have new appliances, including coffee maker, kettle and toaster for 4 slices. Kitchen island have ability to accommodate seating for 4 people.

From kitchen you can see huge 65 inch new Samsung TV with Bose soundbar mounted on the wall. Faux leather couch can be converted to sleeper and easily allow 2 people sleep comfortably - just let us know and we will provide additional set of linens.

The master suite has a king size bed with 55 inch TV and Bose soundbar mounted on wall and private bathroom with separate toilet room.

Second bedroom have a Queen size bed, 55 inch TV and walk in closet.

Third bedroom have 2 Twin beds and huge closet.

Next to 2nd and 3rd bedroom locating 2nd Full bathroom.

We also have large capacity Washer and Dryer for you to use.

Backyard have a large sitting area under Pergola and grill for you to use. We also have solar lighting so you can enjoy evenings too.

We also have 2 in 1 Travel Crib & Bassinet, Highchair and kids safe utensils if you travel with kids.

There is a free Wi-Fi and you can find login information on the wall under TV in Family room.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire place, except for few closets and garage.

- No guests under age of 23 allowed to make reservation.
ATTENTION: The guest is fully responsible for the health of their own, their friends, children and all who are in the house at the time of booking. To avoid disputes between the guest and the owner of the house:
- We do not bear any responsibility for the car and belongings left inside.
- We do not bear any responsibility for any guests belongings left in the house.
- We do not bear any responsibility for any mail or packages ordered to our address and delivered while you checked out. We not deliver them to you.
POOL AND BACKYARD RULES:
Our pool is 8x16 with ledge allowing kids safely enjoying pool time.
The pool temperature usually is 86F – 90F, but when the outside temperature is under 60 degrees heater need more time to heat the water.
Children ALWAYS must be supervised by an adult inside and around the pool.
No rough or foul play!
Do not use glass dinnerware in backyard area - we have plastic dinnerware to use.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK, remember the house owner is not responsible for any injuries that occur in the pool area and the house. Be mindful and remember the pool is deep if you have kids.
We have pool cleaning company comes every Monday morning to clean pool to ensure it nice and clean. Please expect them on Pool area.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND AT ALL - we live in quiet neighborhood and also Sheriff lives across the street. Nor you nor us want to have issues with the Law. Also we have a security cameras outside of the house (none of them inside) with life feed for your and our safety.
- There is STRICT RULE OF NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE A HOUSE. Please be mindful for others who will be staying after your departure. We have place outside of house in pergola for smokers.
- NO PETS of any kind as some guests have an allergies and we want them feels safe in our house knowing that is free of any allergens.
- Quiet hours from 10PM till 8AM.
- If reservation made for 4 people that means only 4 people allowed at property. NO GUESTS, NO VISITORS. If you have family at Jacksonville area please visit them at their house, not our.
- Maximum 8 people allowed, and after 6 people every other guest will cost $100 per person per night. We must know this in advance, no exceptions! If you made reservation for 6 people that means maximum of 6 people allowed in the house.
- Laundry allowed for people who made reservation, not for friends and families. If we see extensive laundry stuff then fee of $250 will be applied for extra services.
- Our check-in time is anytime after 5PM and check-out time before 11AM.
- Late checkout fee - up to 1 hour - $100, after 1 hour - full day fee.
- We do not offer garage for guests to use, so please do not try to open it.
- Please no parking on the grass. There is a driveway for 2 cars and 1 car can be parked on the side of the street. If you have a trailer please do not park on Driveway, you can park it alongside of fence on the street.
- No weapons and no drugs - Police will be notified right away with supporting evidence.
- Please clean grill after use.
- Please clean dishes after use.
- Please discard garbage to trash containers outside of the house (green cap for garbage and yellow cap for recycle).
- Please close doors as we live in Florida and there many insects can get in the house and disturb your stay.
- Please no painting or glue stickers on the walls.
- Please shake Beach towels well before placing them into the dryer. BE AWARE - sand destroy washing and drying machines.
- We use septic system - so please flush only toilet paper, nothing else.
- If something was broken - additional fees will be enforced.
- Any House rules violation can lead up to $1000 fine and eviction from house with forfeiting your payment.
