This one of kind chalet will truly blow you away with exceptional waterfront views. With direct access from the property to the lake.
You can swim out to the inhabited island or sit in the hot tub while enjoying the breathtaking scenery
Le Sanctuaire de l'Artisan can accommodate up to 8 people.
During the summer months, you can go for a swim in crystal clear waters or go for a canoe or kayak tour (All equipement provided at no extra cost)
During the winter months, you can Ice skate (when conditions allow for it) or walk around the lake. Residents groom a lake long skating rink/path.
You can also enjoy the hot tub overlooking the lake throughout the year!
You will find many unique artworks from local painters throughout the property.
This house will have you blown away with rich travertine tiles and Brazilian hardwood floors carefully placed to give you the unwound look of the tree from the inside out. A one of a kind coffee custom coffee table will have you mesmerized.
Flooring to truly take your breath away made from Canadian Oak and Guajuvira
A custom Gazebo to enjoy during most months of the year.
The outdoors is brightly it up at night with hanging lights and a starlight tree wrap.
Not to mention, access to a 12 string acoustic guitar.

We keep doing projects to improve the house. We didn't buy the property as an investment. We bought it to keep working on it to make it as charming as can be as to enjoy our time when we go visit! We have reinvested every dollar earned in to the property since 2019.
