Poolside Home in Quiet Community



The Space:

This spacious Poolside Oasis is exactly the oasis your family needs for vacation. It boasts a HUGE master bedroom, a kids room with bunk beds and a third room with stylish Queen beds.



The modern living room contains plenty of sitting room and a pullout sofa. There are smart TVs throughout the home for use as well as high speed wireless internet.



The home also contains a recently renovated pool with lounge chairs.



Enjoy the breeze and have dinner on the back porch overlooking the pool.



Don't forget to bring your fur babies to enjoy some fun in the sun with you family!



This is one of the most serene and quiet neighborhoods in the city.



If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.



Other things to note

Please note that this home utilizes water from a private well, therefore, the water is different from what you would experience with city-treated water. There is a state-of-the-art filtration system on the home so you shouldn't notice any difference, but there is always the chance it is a bit different than city water, if that's what you are used to.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 21 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $220 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

Nice property with some bumps in the road. If you're looking for 5 stars this isn't it. It is a nice property with a need for some cosmetic updates. Our good: We had an issue with the pool when we arrived & the property manager was very helpful. They were in communication with us through that & sorting out a package we ordered. The house is spacious so it worked well for our large group. The neighborhood is quiet & once the pool was fixed it was a nice place to relax. There were plenty of towels for a group. The area is near food & shopping. Things to note: Do not count on the sleeper as it is paper thin. There isn't enough seating in the living room for bigger groups. There are also birds living in the boarded fireplace so there will be noise that may affect any animals you bring. The house seems like it isn't kept up with. Cosmetic things varied but the big things for us were a broken trim on the master tub which can scrape if you aren't careful, a broken back stair which gives way so you need to skip it, & the air quality (we thought it was allergies or something) but the blinds were very dusty, the air filter hadn't been changed and was thick with dust & at least 2 air vents had mold all over. We tried talking with the property manager at check out hoping to see a response that they would take care of it, the very responsive person suddenly had no response. We weren't asking for anything as our stay was up, just assurance it would be taken care of for future guest.

Stay at the Pink Palace

This house was lovely with lots of room. The inground pool was also very nice. We came down for a wedding and this was a perfect place to stay.I wanted to add that the neighbors were wonderful! Our little Shih Tzu got out of the house. We had one neighbor let us know that she had been posted on the neighborhood Facebook group by another neighbor. This lovely lady took wonderful care of our girl and we were so appreciative of this. We would stay here again.

My family's recent stay at 113 Riverwood Road, was a decent experience, but there were a few aspects that could use improvement.The BNB is located in a lovely residential community surrounded by nature and greenery, which creates a nice atmosphere.The decor in the rooms has a modern feel, but I found that some areas could have been better maintained. While generally clean, I noticed a few spots that seemed to require more attention.The coffee station was a welcomed addition, and the free Wi-Fi worked well, which is always a plus.The location is convenient for family activities. It was easy to explore Brunswick and St. Simon's Island which was definitely a highlight of our trip.The hosts were friendly, and answered my questions within a reasonable timeline. Overall if you're looking for a simple and quiet stay, this might suit your needs. However, I believe there’s room for improvement in terms of pool offerings, backyard oasis, and overall upkeep. It was a nice getaway surrounded by convenience and nature.

great place for a girls trip!

Relaxful weekend

The neighborhood is peaceful and the pool is always a good touch for an afternoon swim. The beach is 30 mins away and the town / beach area is not overly crowded. Dollar general around the block and a grocery store 5 mins down the road. Definitely a nice place to go at a reasonable price.

Great stay

My family and i loved it here! The pool was amazing considering how hot the weather was outside. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Brunswick or nearby cities.

Bachelorette Trip

We had a wonderful experience. The house is very big and spacious. The beds are firm and extremely comfortable. The showers were great. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was so nice and available any time. Overall, this place was absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic Family Vacation

The house is large and has big open rooms with plenty of room to gather which was great for the four teenagers we had with us. The pool was very nice and very popular with our group. Everything we needed was close by, and access to St. Simon's and Jekyll was quick and easy. Property owners were very communicative and helpful. Thank you for a great trip!

House and pool were wonderful!!

Stayed for a week, was able to use the pool on the nice days. Subdivision was very nice. Lots to do in the area.

Great place with great owners

We had a very nice stay in this house and the pool was a great addition. We had plenty of room, towels, bedding, etc. However we ran out of household essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods...) fairly quickly so we had to get some more but the nearest grocery store was about 3 minutes away. The entire place was clean and we had no issues checking in/out.

Lovely place

Very clean and convenient. The only bad thing I can say is that the yard needed mowing and the pool area could use a tune up! Everything else was excellent.

Brunswick GA

This was a great home away from home. The house is very beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is fantastic, we walked our dogs every day. The pool was very refreshing. There were some minor things that need some updating. I found out through a sweet neighbor that the previous owner made some unfavorable choices that the current owner is trying to correct as they find them. None of these things stopped us from having a great stay! Would definitely stay here again. Nice location with easy access to Jekyll Island and St Simons Island. So many options for shopping and great food! Also wanted to say Aundrea was great at addressing any issues and responded in a timely manner.

Convenient to Jekyll and St Simons

Home is in a nice neighborhood that is an easy drive to Jekyll and St Simons islands. House was clean and well stocked with necessities. Hostess communicated well. House and pool are past their prime and could use some maintenance.

Great neighborhood

The home was lovely and in a friendly neighborhood. The pool was also nice. Being able to watch everyone through the big window up stairs while they played in the pool was wonderful.
