The property was exactly as described. Monika has great attention to detail both inside and outside the Casita. The place is beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent stay. The space is beautiful and perfect for one to two people. I stayed 3 days and appreciate the following : Dr Bonners soap in the showerA full size electric tea kettleThe outdoor space (loved the hammock)The beach amenities (chairs, cooler, umbrella, and ice packs, beach towels)The super thoughtful designThe washer that also dries all in oneGreat experience and great hosts!

The Casita was cosy, nicely decorated with everything you will need during your visit. Great location with an easy drive to most all Sarasota attractions including St. Armands Circle, Siesta Key beach etc.Host Monika was very attentive and prompt to respond to any questions. Our 3 week stay was very enjoyable. Highly recommend as you will not be disappointed.David & Judith

Fantastic little place!

Super cute, clean, and modern place in quiet neighborhood. Perfect private outdoor space to relax. Couldn't ask for more for the price, great deal and will be back!!!!

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were amazing.

Great yard, near water

Modern, clean, and nicely designed. Great location, walking to water and CVS and short drive to St. Armand's Square and Anna Maria Island. The space is small but comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay at Casita

Monika and Arthur were very hospitable and put care into the little guest house. For us it perfectly suited our needs. We had a little miscommunication related to extra checkout charge but in the end all was resolved to our satisfaction. Would recommend

Monika Review

The site was very well looked after and internally was very clean and well organized. Although small it was fine and suited for what both of us required in a trip to Florida. Monika was a great host and know that if needed she would be there. I would recommend this site for anyone who asks me about where to stay in the area, Thanks Monika and family.
