This beautiful 2-bedroom/2-bath condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. There is a large, welcoming living area w/ a cozy sectional that pulls out into a queen bed (sleeps 2). You will love to relax around the gas fireplace for movies on the flat-screen smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, and utensils you need to cook for the family. There is even a stacked washer and dryer conveniently hidden in a closet just off the kitchen. The dining area has room for 4 (plus 2 at the kitchen island). From there, you can walk out on the deck where there is seating for 4 and sweeping views of the incredible Yampa Valley. Down the hall from the living area, you will find both bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a comfy queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and ample closet space. The second bathroom has a shower and bathtub combo.

AMENITIES:
Yampa View condos are located mountainside, less than 1 mile from the base area of the Steamboat Ski Resort. Take a nice 15-minute walk, or a grab a short ride on the Free Private Shuttle (winter only)! This condo offers free WiFi, 2 hot tubs, and an exercise facility with sauna. Please note that amenities may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without notice - this is up to the HOA and out the control of the property manager.

GETTING AROUND:
Use the winter shuttle service to get to and from the base area. From here you can easily take a local free shuttle the grocery store or downtown. Car recommended, but not necessary.

Such a perfect place to stay! Love the convenient location, it is spacious, with comfortable bedding and furniture, the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, check-in and checkout were seamless. We would love to stay here again!

Good response from the after hours caretaker when we were locked out due to the wonky door lock keypad. We knocked on our neighbors door, who also had to contact the owner due to also being locked out (both of us were let in remotely). You need to give very detailed instructions on how to open, and lock, the door using the keypad (Ex; "1) With your index finger and thumb, simultaneously touch the side black button and the face of the keypad to illuminate the keypad. Enter the six-digit code, then press the lower central button on the keypad. The lock should open. To lock upon leaving, simultaneously touch the side black button and the keypad." Other than that, great shuttle service, nice hot tub and facilities, nicely appointed condo. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the large living room, large screen TV over nice gas log fireplace. as well as well-equipped kitchen and dining area with expansive view of valley. Beds were comfortable. Free shuttle that comes every 10-15 minutes to the condo parking lot was very convenient. Only concern was construction work being done in condo above in the evening on last night of stay.

Everything was good except terrible pans for cooking had to go buy one. Also, hot tub didn’t work for most of the stay. However, they said they would reimburse us for having to use the in town Hot Springs.

1. Property description says no children. We called and complained about the noise in the above unit and were told it was from construction. That was a lie! There wasn’t any construction or remodeling but there was a family with kids who were extremely loud, running and jumping with furniture being pushed around constantly. 2. Hot tub was a key feature in description and it did not work the entire time we were there. 3. One of key features for us was it was a unit on first level for easy access and no stairs only to find out you had to go downstairs to access and back upstairs to leave. Ground level without mentioning stairs is very deceiving. 4. Stove went out but Manager was helpful and walked us thru how to rest breaker over the phone. 5. Bedroom TV’s extremely small. 6. Was not worth the price and would only stay again with considerable price discount.

Great for 4

The unit was smaller than how it looks in pictures but worked perfectly for 4 people. The location is walking distance to the base and the shuttle made it very convenient with skis. My only complaint was not being able to reach anyone on a Sunday to ask about check-out. When you call the number it says you have reached them outside of regular business hours and to leave a message which will be returned during regular business hours. Other than an “emergency” there was no way to talk to anyone. Sundays are a very busy turnover day for rentals. It seems like someone should be working.

Perfect for Ski Weekend

Nicely stocked for cooking but we didn’t do much. Clean and comfortable. The hair dryer in the hall bath does not work. The neighborhood shuttle to the slopes was convenient but not available on call after dark. We were also there for Winterwondergrass and on call shuttle service would have been helpful!

Really comfortable space!

This property gave the 4 of us plenty of space to spread out and great common space. We were really happy with the ease of using the shuttle to get to and from the base as well.

Great Condo

Property was exactly as listed. Great place with amazing views. The HOA shuttle was very convenient to transport the family to and from the village. I would book this place again!
