This is our private family home, crafted with love, which we occasionally open to families who appreciate peace and quality. A natural grove, fruit trees, and open panoramic views embrace the house. A perfect sanctuary for privacy, just a short drive from Odem Forest, Mount Bental, and Mount Hermon.

The Space Welcome to Yasmin’s House—a modern architectural gem designed to blend seamlessly with nature. Large panoramic windows frame the surrounding green grove, bringing the outdoors in.

Culinary & Dining Experience The heart of the villa is a chef’s dream kitchen, designed for families who love to cook together. It features a massive central island, high-end appliances, and fully stocked cabinets for baking and cooking. Take the feast outside to the patio, where a brand-new gas BBQ awaits for the ultimate grilling experience. Whether you are dining around the island or under the trees, every meal here feels special.

Comfort & Design


The villa features 3 spacious and quiet bedrooms, along with flexible sleeping arrangements (comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests):

Master Suite: Luxurious King-size bed, panoramic scenic windows, and a private ensuite bathroom designed as an open space (no door) that seamlessly blends into the room for a modern feel.

Second Bedroom: Comfortable double bed (140 cm), bright and cozy.

Third Bedroom: Comfortable double bed (140 cm), perfect for children or additional guests.

Additional Sleeping Area (Tranquil Living Space): Located farther along the living room near the bedroom hallway, there is a brand-new, stylish futon that easily converts into a spacious, comfortable queen-size bed (160 cm).

Extra Sleeping Arrangements: To accommodate larger families or groups, we provide 2 high-quality, thick floor mattresses (with fresh linens and pillows) that can be easily set up in bedrooms or common areas, as you prefer.

The living area boasts a huge open layout with comfortable family seating and a Smart TV (Netflix included) for relaxing evenings.

Climate: Enjoy perfect temperatures year-round with a 4-way breeze in summer and cozy underfloor heating for winter days.

The Garden & Surrounding Nature:
The house is wrapped in a private, lush green garden filled with fruit trees and fresh herbal plants for brewing tea. Outdoors, you will enjoy shaded seating areas, a hammock, a garden swing, and a basketball hoop for the kids.

Guests have full, private access to the entire house, including the fully equipped chef's kitchen, spacious living areas, and the lush garden. Only one bedroom remains locked for our personal storage. Every other space is completely yours to enjoy, prepared clean and fresh for your stay.

Other things to note

This villa is a private, lovingly maintained residence. Before your arrival, it is completely vacated and prepared specifically for you (including fresh linens, clean towels, and a thorough professional cleaning). To protect our privacy, one room in the house remains locked for personal storage. All other spaces—including the entire home, chef's kitchen, and garden—are fully and exclusively yours to enjoy.

Quiet Family Getaways Only: This home is strictly intended for peaceful family vacations. Hosting parties, events, or karaoke is completely prohibited.

House Rules: No pets are allowed, and smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden.
