Highbanks West Barn

The Highbanks West Barn property is spectacular! We enjoyed every aspect of our trip, especially the animal experience and dairy farm tour. Amanda was an outstanding host and shared her incredible knowledge about her farm animals and dairy production process. My granddaughter absolutely loved the animals and Amanda was great with her and the whole experience was very interactive and well planned out. Thank you for an amazing stay and we look forward to staying with you again!

Incredible

This was better than we could have imagined. Truly serene and peaceful. Our kids enjoyed the animals so much. They were had personalities of house pets. The accommodations were above and beyond. The “local wall” ideas on where to go, eat and visit. The incredible bathrooms. The glass garage doors open to create an indoor outdoor space. The view, so peaceful and beautiful. Thank you Amanda for the most memorable family stay. We will be back!

Birthday Get-Away

This was our second visit to Highbanks and it certainly will not be our last! My husband specifically picked this as his birthday present. The accommodations are beautiful, comfortable and no detail is missed. Amanda is a thoughtful and warm host. We left relaxed & recharged and already talking about when we can carve time out to return. We just can't say enough about

Awesome Stay - Grandkids loved the barn with animals

Beautiful accommodations and view. We had no idea when we booked that they had a petting barn onsite. The grandkids were ecstatic. Host was super friendly and helpful.

Highbanks at West Barn Stay

The accommodation’s were immaculate and well thought out. Amanda was extremely hospitable, and helped us with anything we needed. She even helped setup an amazing proposal experience for us. The view was amazing, and the animal experience was more than memorable. This stay was one of the best getaways we ever had!

A wonderful stay

This place is a one of a kind in the USA. Perfect spot for families, dogs, and friends. Beautifully decorated and designed. Amanda was accommodating, friendly, and professional. Will be returning if we ever travel in NY again! Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

Perfectly Pet Friendly

This is not my first Dell Collective stay, but it was my first time staying at Highbanks and though this property is totally different from my other stay...it's still EQUALLY amazing. I love that the hosts have decorated their properties in a way that make you feel like you're at home (if your home was in a cool magazine) and not just with the minimum cheap basics you usually find at rental properties. Amanda really holds nothing back, and even though we had bad weather during our trip I didn't care...because my dog and I got to just relax and enjoy spending time with each other. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again. P.s. the farm animals were so cute.

Comfy, cozy!

We stay just a few days and loved how we were able to just slow down while we were here! Amanda’s place is seriously so comfortable, beautiful, and just a breath of fresh air. So accommodating with thoughtful touches for our dog , relaxing music playing as we entered the first time into the home, and the signature scent!! We will definitely be coming back!

Stay at the Highbanks at the West Barn

Had a fantastic weekend at Dell’s Highbanks location. An amazingly beautiful curated space with everything you could want. Had the catered charcuterie plate and it was both delicious and huge. Great location for the sunrise and only a minute away from the Perry entrance to Letchworth State park (which is a must see). Enjoyed the Silver Lake Brewery, the bookstores and coffee shops in the town of Perry. Definitely could have spent more time in the area. Guess we’ll need to plan another visit.

5 star accomodations. Not one negative about our stay. Owner was available and answered any questions we had. She made us feel so welcoming. The animals experience was a wonderful. Very close to Let heorth

Another amazing stay!

We can't recommend Dell Collective enough. This was our second time staying at Highbanks at RW West Barn, and we loved it again! The design and comfort is better than any high-end hotel you can find. On top of that we got to visit with all the resident farm animals, including a baby goat, pregnant cow, and a camel! Amanda is an absolute pleasure to coordinate with and every little detail about the property is top-notch. The best!

Quick Getaway

We decided to have a quick pre-anniversary getaway and the West Barn was perfect! The quietness of the location and beauty of the space is instant relaxation! Everything was superb, the food we requested was waiting for us and a pitcher of cold water ready to drink was a lovely touch! Can’t wait to go back, next with our kids! Simply lovely. If I could live here, I would!

Dell Collective is hands down, our favorite family destination . We’ve visited 4 times and will continue to go back every year. Yes, it is THAT awesome. 🙃 Amanda goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Her attention to detail is unmatched. The decor is breathtaking, the view is spectacular, and the animals are ADORABLE! When you do book your stay, be sure to visit the High Falls in Letchworth. The adventure will be the cherry on top of a fantastic trip to Dell Collective!

Wonderful Experience

We rented the Highbanks for three days and had a wonderful experience! This was our second time staying with Amanda. We will come back for a third visit, for sure. The Highbank unit was clean, bright and ethereal. The decor expertly curated with intriguing touches throughout. Who would think a bathroom needs a 15 foot door , a reading nook 10 feet up in a bedroom and shower as big as an office. Not to mention the wonderful “Animal Experience”. So peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend The Dell for it’s uniqueness.

Dreams Come True at Dell Collective

I knew that I would love staying in an adorable farmhouse so close to Letchworth State Park , and I was right! The RW West Barn is impeccably designed and styled to fulfill all your farmhouse dreams! It was beautiful, comfortable, and minutes away from a fantastic scenic park that's known as the "grand canyon of the east." What i didn't know was how much fun it would be to make friends with a camel, a baby zebra, an adorable lamb , a super-friendly calico cat , and all the other charming animals on Amanda's farm. Thanks again for a wonderful experience !P.S. Amanda was a gracious host who was totally available, welcoming, and generous with her time & attention.

Simply Fantastic

We had the most amazing stay at the Southview unit at the West Barn! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautifully designed and thoughtfully put together everything was. It has such a cozy, high-end feel while still being incredibly welcoming and comfortable for a family. The unique touches (like the silo bedroom and open, airy living space) made it feel like such a one-of-a-kind experience. The absolute highlight for our family was the animal experience. It was hands-on, interactive, and so memorable for our kids—they are still talking about it! Being able to meet, feed, and learn about the animals made this stay feel so unique compared to anywhere else we’ve been. They even have a Camel! The location is perfect as well, we spent time at Letchworth State Park, which was only about a 10-minute drive, making it super easy to enjoy one of the most beautiful places in New York without any hassle. Everything about this stay, from the thoughtful amenities to the peaceful setting and family-friendly experiences, was above and beyond. You can tell so much care and attention goes into every detail and it was all handled by the incredible host Amanda who you can tell has poured her love into this space. We’re already planning our next trip back and would recommend this place to absolutely anyone looking for a unique, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway!
