Unwind on the open rear deck, challenge the family to a game of cornhole, or enjoy a classic evening around the fire pit—perfect for s’mores and stories under the stars. The covered front porch offers another cozy spot to sip coffee or watch the day go by. With plenty of off-street parking, arriving and settling in is effortless.

Location-wise, you can’t beat it: the home is just minutes from Dreams Park and directly across from a convenient shopping area with restaurants and a grocery store. History lovers will also appreciate the early cemetery located across the road—an interesting local landmark within easy walking distance.

Inside, the home feels inviting and bright, blending original hardwood floors, vintage moldings, and a beautiful stairwell with comfortable, updated furnishings. The result is a welcoming space that feels both classic and fresh.

Sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private en suite bath. A roomy two-bedroom suite offers a queen bedroom plus a second bedroom with two twin beds—great for kids or friends. There is additional sleeping on the pull out sofa on the 1st floor. A full bath off the upstairs hallway and a third bath on the first floor make mornings easy for everyone. Great Baseball Stay

You cannot a better location for Cooperstown Dreams Park. We enjoyed all the nice baseball touches, too. It was perfect for two families. Would stay here again if we ever returned.

Our stay was wonderful.

Diamond Dreams is a great home, and, if you are watching baseball at Dreams Park, it is also a perfect location. The bedrooms are a nice size, and there are also 3 full bathrooms. Roomy kitchen and separate dining room. We spent a ton of time on the front porch (which I was told will be completely redone later this year- thus even better).

Great location and cute, well-stocked house

We loved this house. It is in a perfect location for Dreams Park- we debated staying on the lake and had friends that did, but we were so glad that we were so much closer to the park. Being across the street from the grocery store was great too! The house itself is old (be careful because the stairs are narrow and a bit slippery) but the kitchen and bathrooms are well updated so it didn’t feel like it. And the owners were great and stocked the house very nicely!

Perfection!

We really enjoyed our stay! House was clean upon arrival. Very clean. So close to the baseball fields! Made it a breeze getting to and from games and even in between was so convenient! Literally across the street from food shopping which was another huge plus! Loved sitting with my wife on the front porch enjoying our morning coffee while reminiscing about the previous games! Home owner was so nice and communication was terrific! We even received congratulatory messages when we won our games! What a personal touch! Easiest recommendation EVER!

The house was amazing and had absolutely everything we needed and more!! It was comfortable, clean, and spacious. I love that there are 3 bathrooms! The property and home are both beautiful too. We saw a lot of wildlife. Lots of cool caterpillars, lightning bugs at night, and even a woodchuck that we think lives under the back deck (which was one of our favorite places to relax at the house). Our kids thought the baseball themed decor was just the coolest as well! And we loved looking thru the bin of pins and seeing some of the older ones especially. The location to the ballpark is PERFECT - so easy to get to and from the park in zero time. It’s also very close to town for groceries, shopping and sightseeing. Truly a perfect location. Great hosts as well. Highly recommend!
