It has a private pool and rental includes golf cart. Beach access at end of street. Minutes from Pier park. 30A is also minutes away. IT ALSO HAS A HEATED POOL! 😁

August Back to School Family Trip

Let me first preface that I am a fellow host, I have very high expectations when booking a home, especially ones tagged as "luxurious". Pros:1) House size - home is massive and setup great for large groups. 2) Pool - great for kids3) Golf Cart - great, but very dirty and seat belts were very hard to extend 4) Inside House was clean5) Beach Location – great, easily accessible with golf cart Cons1) Amenities within the home - for an expensive rental, it is lacking. One of each: toilet paper per bath, paper towel, trash bags (1 extra), one laundry detergent, one dishwashing tablet and limited soap/shampoo...see next comment. NO coffee, spices.2) Communication from Host - I didn't hear from the host with detailed instructions until the day before check in and they say "there is a starter pack of several items that I listed in 1, with no soap or shampoo". We went to Target and bought enough soap and shampoo and came to find out there were a few starter tubes of those items. Too small for 3 nights, but it wasn't accurate.3) Outdoors - very dirty, yard not mowed, furniture is trash, pool toys left all over of the place, grill was disgusting. I spent an hour cleaning up.4) Overall location – not many food options are close and the ones that are have poor ratings I wouldn't stay here again because I think there are better options for the same price. Biggest pet peeve - cleaning cost is super high, one person cleaning so the rest of the house seems neglected

Nana and Papa's Yes Vacation

We stayed in this property for a week with our kids and grandkids. We had a wonderful time and everything was perfect for our stay. Craig was very easy to talk to and got us everything we needed for our stay. We would all say this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

Lovely home

This home was in a great location. Just a short walk or golf cart drive down to the beach! Bedrooms are all spacious and the private pool was nice!

Spring break getaway

We had a blast with 4 families and kids from 4-14. The heated pool, king sized beds and golf cart we’re definitely highlights. The house was clean and the open kitchen/living room was perfect for our large crew. Hoping to return!

Perfect for families

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful house! It’s the perfect location to shops, beach, food etc. The golf cart was so fun and easy for our whole family to load up and head to the beach. We had a small issue with the front door and Craig responded immediately to help us! We will definitely be back to PCB in the future and will most definitely book this beautiful house again! Thank you again Craig!! :)

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool toys & floats, golf cart and additional beach towels were a great bonus. We will be happy to stay again in the future.

Great house!

We love this house! It’s very pretty and spacious! 2 laundry rooms are a big plus. The house also came with all the essential items which saved us a stop to the store. It is very close to the beach, with the golf cart, only minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay! We would love to stay at the same house when we visit this beach again.

Best beach trip ever

This house was amazing and made our beach trip one of a kind. There was plenty of soace to relax after a day out and about, the pool was great and having access to a golf cart made everything so easy! Will definitely be back

Incredible Vacation Home

This house is BEAUTIFUL! We didn’t want to leave! So spacious and met all of our needs/wants. Golf Cart and pool is now a must when vacationing in the future. Will stay here again if we come back to PCB!

Great spot for a PCB bach!

I booked this stay for my cousin’s bachelorette party and the house/location was perfect! Just a few blocks from the beach and we were able to get ubers everywhere we needed to go. The golf cart was an added bonus for getting to the store and back quickly. The space itself is fantastic for a large group and Craig, the host, was very responsive and attentive. We would absolutely book this home again!

Wonderful House with great Location

We had an amazing stay at the Laguna house. The house itself was amazing, spacious tall ceilings, top of line furnishings, the beds were amazing to sleep on and the decor gave the perfect nautical feel.It was in a lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood. The house came stocked with everything you could need, down to the coffee, beach towels, beach chairs, laundry supplies, bakeware, linens, and so much more. Communication was top notch, incredibly responsive! We enjoyed the pool, as that was a favorite amongst our group of 8 kids. We loved the location, and utilizing the golf cart daily! 10/10 would recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Best Spring Break Ever!!!

This was, hands down, the best vacation home we’ve ever rented. Everything about it was top tier. The owner was super helpful with any question we would have. The location was perfect. 10/10 recommend. I’m already wanting to book for next year!

Family getaway

We had a phenomenal stay at Laguna Beach Haven. Property was clean and as advertised, host was very responsive. Setup of the property was ideal for our family with the backyard and heated pool heavily used. Had everything needed to cook in house and grill or go out. Really nice 6 seater golf cart provided which is great for beach visits. Nice touches such as pool inflatables, beach chairs, cornhole and indoor games provided. We found Laguna Beach area to be very quiet which worked for us, a few places are available via a walk or golf cart but most places require a car. Neighborhood is undergoing lots of construction, very modest overall. Would highly recommend this house!

Fabulous Property

This was by far the best property we have stayed at on the Gulf! The location was a quick and easy walk to the beach. We loved that the property was close to Panama City but nestled in the quieter neighborhood of Laguna Beach. The gulf cart was great to cruise around exploring the area. The heated pool was fantastic! The house had all the amenities of home from dishes, supplied coffee, dish soap, laundry soap, bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes) beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The owner was very responsive with the questions we had. We would definitely stay again! We loved this house! Thank you for the amazing vacation and memories made.

AMAZING. WILL BOOK AGAIN

This stay was nothing short of incredible. The house is a dream with the pool and layout. Location is perfect, close to pier park and the beach. The host Craig was very quick to respond for any questions I had. I recommend this stay to everybody and I will be booking again hands down!
