Here's a professional response that addresses the concerns without sounding defensive: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location of the home. We were surprised by your comments regarding cleanliness, as the property was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. After you let us know that you had found a few crumbs on the floor, we immediately sent our cleaning team back to touch up the home to ensure you were satisfied. Regarding the insects, because our home is located in the mountains, it is not uncommon to occasionally see a moth or spider, particularly on the lower level. While we take pest prevention seriously and regularly maintain the property, an occasional insect is a normal part of the mountain environment and does not indicate a bug infestation. We also respectfully disagree with the suggestion that the photos are misleading. Our listing accurately represents the home, and we strive to ensure guests know exactly what to expect. We value all guest feedback and continually invest in maintaining and improving the property, including replacing furnishings as needed. We also encourage prospective guests to consider our overall track record, including 26 positive reviews from previous guests who have enjoyed their stays. We appreciate your stay and wish you the best in your future travels. Sincerely, Grand Escapes.
