Seabreeze is a beautiful beach retreat located in the gated Shorewalk neighborhood in Panama City Beach. The location puts you minutes to the beach access and near everything you could want to do for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The crisp white kitchen opens up the both the dining and living areas for effortless family gathering. This home has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 9.

Head just around the cul-de-sac you you'll find the neighborhood pool. A great alternative for those days where you don't want to deal with the sand at the beach! When you get back from a day of fun in the sun, head out to the back patio to grill up some dinner. Enjoy your BBQ favorites at the dining table or more casually at the kitchen island seating.

We know you'll love the casual coastal décor and of course the location! This home has everything you could ask for in a great vacation getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 9:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks and shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.
Bedroom 3: 1 twin and 1 full bed, TV.
The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Head down Sea Breeze Circle, across Innocente to Granada Circle - take Granada south and continue south on Carmen where you'll end at 17001 Front Beach Road and you'll find your access, #64.
Distance: .5 Miles | Time: 3 minutes biking or 9 minutes walking

Panama City Beach:
You’re close to Pier Park, offering endless shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus beautiful state and community parks just minutes away. Pick up groceries and beverages at Publix or Winn-Dixie, and enjoy easy access to the 30A area for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor, or Seaside. You’ll also have nearby access to the Pier for fantastic pier fishing with rental rods and bait available. Challenge friends at Topgolf or be dazzled by the swashbuckling fun at the Pirate’s Dinner Show. With so much to see and do, every moment here is full of possibilities.

An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Our 2 week vacation

We loved the area. It was a short 5 minute walk to beach, so close to pier park, and loved the pool. Pool wasn’t heated but was so nice to sit by. All neighbors were friendly. The beds were all very comfortable and loved having tv’s in each room. We felt very safe there.

Great family vacation, location of the house was very conveniently located- very quiet circle. Beach is within walking distance but due to construction it is not safe to cross the road especially with small children. House was very clean, we had no issues except the front door sticks when you open. Overall we had very good stay and enjoyed the pool a lot! :)

No surprises!

The property was as it was listed. Nice place. Nice neighborhood. Walk to the beach, no problem for this old man. A/C went out one evening, I thought someone left a door open too long and it had frozen. Turned it off completely. Still not working in the morning. I contacted Benchmark and it was fixed around noon. We have no suggestions on how to improve our experience. Nine people from 60+ to 15. I will recommend this property to friends and family, and will consider it again.

Amazing until checkout

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was super nice and a short walk to the beach. I would have given it 5 stars for the stay, however, our checkout was very unsettling. Our checkout time was 10:00 and we ended up leaving around 9:48. There was a truck sitting right outside the property for about 20 minutes waiting for us to leave and we felt not only rushed but also nervous because a strange car was lurking. If the person would have said something to us along the lines of “I’m here to clean, please take your time!” I would have felt a lot more comfortable but this person was just sitting and staring and we hadn’t even put the car in drive and he was already in the driveway. While I know this is picky, as a young female I was very uncomfortable. Besides this it was an extremely wonderful stay and we felt safe the whole time!

The only thing i didn’t like about the stay was when i arrived in town early, i had asked if it was possible to check in at 3pm instead of 4pm. I received the response that if the property was available by 3pm, we would be contacted and if so, we would have to pay a $70 something fee to go in an hour early.. then i was told when the house was ready, i would be contacted. We were never contacted on the house being ready so we just went in at 4pm...also, i called the property management company and left a voicemail that i did not receive a gate entry code. Nobody got back to me. Instead i had to go back through my emails to try and find it.

Don’t stay here!

I checked into the benchmark home to begin my vacation to only be met with very unclean and unsanitary conditions. The first hallway bathroom to start was undeniably dirty and never cleaned. There was urine on the toilet seat as well as hair. The tub floor is black with dirt and soot. An old and used plastic shower curtain was left for my family and I to use during our stay. The bathroom floor has tracks of dirt from someone’s sneakers or boots. There seemed to be some sort of dark brown residue in the first bedroom on the remote (which is broken). It is also the same residue found on the bathroom door near the door handle. The refrigerator door handles were sticky and dirty. In the master bathroom the shower drained was filled with hair. I thought there was a large spider in the shower, but it was only a large web of hair. The soap caddy was filled with the soap scum from the previous person who occupied the home I assume. Nail clippings were found on a small bathroom carpet that’s directly in front of the master toilet. These are just a few details to demonstrate the horrifically unclean manner this has been kept for an incoming family. This home was clearly not cleaned prior to my arrival. I was billed $230 in cleaning fees to arrive with this home in total disgust. Now I have been left to visit Walmart very late in the evening time to clean a home that was supposed to be cleaned upon my family’s arrival.
