Welcome to our stunning, 5 Bedroom + 3 Bathroom home, Searenity at Hollywood Beach!

We offer the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation and comfort. We are adjacent to the beach (just steps to the sand), around the corner from Hollywood Beach Cafe (a local favorite), and walking distance to Channel Islands Harbor. When you are here, serenity will find you. . . .

• Luxurious Tuscan-Style Accommodations. High ceilings greet you on the open concept main-level—ideal for socializing. A farmhouse door facing the beach adds to the calm and airy feel.

• Dining with Family and Friends. Savor your meals in the dining room with seating for ten (eight at the table plus two nearby barstools—or use our folding chairs in the garage if needed).

• Two Sundecks with Water Views. The first sundeck, located on the front of the house off the primary suite, offers beautiful views of the ocean and Channel Islands. The sunset views from this deck are not to be missed! Enjoy harbor views and afternoon shade on the second deck, accessible from the back patio or primary suite.

• Games, Movies and Fun by the Easy-to-Use Fireplace. After the sun sets, you can cozy up on the comfy couch near the remote-operated fireplace for movie night, board games, karaoke or charades—perfect for warming up and winding down after a day at the beach.

• Chef’s Kitchen with Coffee Bar and Balcony. In the morning, sip your coffee as you enjoy the ocean breeze on the main-level balcony just off the fully-equipped chef’s kitchen. With stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a stocked coffee bar (Keurig and traditional), you may actually find yourself wanting to cook on vacation. . . .


Sleeping arrangements? We have five bedrooms and three bathrooms arranged perfectly for seclusion and quiet when needed:

• Private Two-Bedroom Suite. The first floor is a home unto its own. Two bedrooms (both with queens) plus a nicely-appointed full bathroom, a roomy common area (with electric fireplace and streaming-enabled TV), and a kitchenette (with bar seating and all the amenities).

• Main Floor Bedrooms. Down the hall from the kitchen are two more bedrooms (both with queens) plus a spacious bathroom with a peaceful walk-in shower (floor to ceiling glass), large vanity, and tons of counter space.

• Tranquil Primary Suite. The amazing top floor primary suite has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, streaming-enabled TV, dedicated AC unit, and direct access to both sundecks. A true retreat from it all . . . .


Activities and amenities? Absolutely! We have everything ready for you—just bring your swimsuits:

• Private back patio with barbeque
• Ping pong table
• Two-person kayak (with life jackets)
• Four bikes
• Boogie boards
• “Easy-up” tent
• Plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys and games—plus a cart that can carry it all across the sand with ease
• Our outdoor shower makes sand control a breeze when you get back. . . .


Parking. Three large SUVs easily fit in the driveway (we reserve the garage for all the goodies noted above). Street parking available too. Please feel free to charge your electric car using our garage outlet (Tesla charging cord available).

Great house for large family

Family vacay for bday

We enjoyed the house but wasn’t as luxurious as the photos & reviews make it seem. Ground floor and main room couch have musty smell. Salt shaker in kitchen was empty and main floor bathroom had few supplies (bath towels and toilet paper). Needs a bit of a deep clean and refresh. Not bad but not amazing.

Best Family Reunion Spot

We had a great time reconnecting with our son’s family who live in California. There was plenty of bedrooms for quiet time and he era t space for hanging out together. The views were amazing. I could even hear the waves from my open bedroom window. We’ll be back!

Nice house close to the beach.

This was an excellent house one row of houses from Hollywood Beach. Dining was within walking distance. The management was easy to work with. Check in was a breeze.The home was well appointed with a kitchen and convenient bathrooms. The balconies were very nice. The house is not on the beach, but the beach is as close as you can get without being right on it.The main living area and kitchen was on the second floor of a 3 story home. There was a lot of stair climbing, which was not a problem for us, but could be for anyone who has a problem climbing stairs.The eight of us loved our stay.

Great Location

Great place by the Ocean with plenty of room and toys to bring to the beach. Had an issue with a screen in one of the rooms, and the management company took care of it within hours! Highly recommend.

Spectacular location

Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. Common areas plenty big for all to be seated together. 75 yard walk and you are now standing on sand and fully know why you picked this location….white sand everywhere, Channel Islands right in front of you and the Pacific Ocean awaiting you!

Amazing home!

I took my three boys on a family vacation and this location was perfect. The house was incredible and the communication by the property management was wonderful. The weather was a little chillier than we’d hoped but overall we’d come back in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend this amazing property!

Searenity Delight

Reviewer Comments: We were 3 families; 6 adults, 3 toddler age children and each family was able to have their own floor in this well planned, well equipped home, conveniently located across the street from a beach access and a short walk to the harbor/marina and Honey Cup Café. There also was a market and cafe around the corner. We went to a farmer's market on Sunday, also a short walk from the home. Topper's Pizza was a 3 minute drive away and Von's Market 6 minutes. We were grateful to see the house was equipped with 2 child proof gates separating the 3 levels. The large well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals together and the large dining table in the adjacent area accommodated all of us at meal time. The lounge (on the main floor with the kitchen) was so comfortable and a gas lit fireplace added a convivial atmosphere in the evening.The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms served us well. The beds were made with comfortable linens and pillows. The bathrooms were stocked with bath towels. I suggest a chair be added to the 3rd floor bedroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. However, the dutch door off the dining area that leads out to a small deck, could not be secured. This was a worry with toddlers and probably an easy fix.There was a beach wagon, toys, and lots of beach towels located in the garage, along with 4 bikes, a ping pong table and W/D.We enjoyed 5 nights at Searenity and could not take advantage of the many amenities offered with the home. The home and our vacation time there exceeded our expectations.
