Take in the view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is well equipped with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby. A small office is also situated on the ground floor which is the ideal private workspace.
