SWIM & CHILL
Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea at the open air gazebo near the pool. As it gets hotter,
take a tip in the pool or work on your tan as you recline into the beach chairs and idle away in
the afternoon. If you’re feeling a little hungry, head on over to the bar for some refreshing cold
drinks and snacks. When the evening approaches, bask in the cozy and romantic ambience as
the fairy lights brighten up the whole space. The mood is perfectly set for all your get-togethers
or outdoor dinners with family and friends.

SLEEP & BATH
The Coastal Beach house can accommodate up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The master-bedrooms come with a beautiful scenic view of the pool area and have their own TVs. One of the two other bedrooms has an office desk which is spacious for working and studying while traveling.
The master bathroom has dual vanities and a luxurious tub which is large enough for two.

COOK & EAT
The home is fully equipped with all the kitchen amenities you’d need, including a full sized
fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. It also comes with double ovens, a microwave
and 5 gas burners for all your cuisine needs. The kitchen island is very spacious for cooking and
is beautifully lit with natural lighting. You can enjoy all your meals with the lovely set of
tableware prepared for your convenience at the dining table or open space kitchen island.
DRIVE & EXPLORE
The home is located just 5 minutes away from Long Beach Airport and is close to many grocery
stores for your convenience. The area is surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops that
you’ll be spoiled for choice! If you’re itching for an adventure, there’s a beach just 15 minutes
away and a golf course within a mile of the home. Venturing a little further away, there’s
Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. Also, for a fun night out, there’s a casino located just 12
minutes away.

* Upon booking, one of our PM (property managers) will reach out to you with a call for guest verification.
This process occurs in order to build a mutual understanding between guests and the PM regarding the listing that you have booked. Also, a pool waiver will need to be signed for safety and precaution purposes.
**Maintenance
Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits on weekdays to perform tasks such as "taking out the trash", "watering the grass", or "regular pool maintenance".

*If you decide to park on the street. Please READ the street
signs to know when street cleaning days are because hosts are NOT responsible for guests’ parking tickets.
*Pool waivers is required for EVERYONE WHO ENTERS THE HOUSE
*Please note that our home is equipped with exterior cameras point outside the house. This for the protection of our guests and as well as our home.
NOTE:
Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
* We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries on this property.
* Any weapons, firearms or illegal substances are prohibited on our property.
* The pool is 8 feet deep. There is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. All children must have adult supervision.
* Please supervise your children at all times when you are staying with us.
* The biggest master bedroom (which has a canopy bed) is lower than the main floor, please always watch your steps.
* No pets and animals are allowed in our property due to someone’s allergy.
* We are not responsible for the loss of any of your personal belongings.
* We reserve the right to terminate our contract/reservation anytime when both parties feel we are not compatible for each other.
*Kindly be aware that the pool heat fee once paid is non-refundable.
TIMING:
Checking in and Checking out time could be respected. We kindly ask that the earliest time to access home is 4:00 PM also the latest checking out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed with our team.
If you overstay without the host's consent:
AN EXTRA charge of $250/per hour will apply for a late checkout.
Kindly leave the home in the condition you found it.
*** Early check-in
We are more likely to know if early check-in is available at least a day before you arrive. Since we need to pay for more cleaners, please note that early check-in has different rates not more than half of the previous night if you'd prefer to check-in between 10am to 12 noon.
Early check-in within 12 noon to 2pm will be at $100
Early check-in 2pm onward before 4 pm will be at $40.
Additional charges are discouraged, but if violated the fine will be $5 (Five dollars) per minute.
NOISE:
Our neighborhood is asking for noise to be minimal from 9:00 PM to 8:30 AM. Please enjoy the calm atmosphere in our residential neighborhood. The loudness could unpleasantly interfere with the neighbors. We do not want the security team to break up your enjoyment time and have to ask any guest to leave because of noise complaints. Violation charges are additional $500 (Five hundred dollars) on top of our agreed contract.
**Using POOL or Jacuzzi during quiet hours (9:00 PM to 8:30 AM) is subjected to a $1000 fine.
PARTIES:
We do NOT allow gatherings, parties, family reunions, or come-together in our property.
$1000-$5000 - Citations from the city because of the guest will be charged to the guest
CLEANING:
Our housekeeping team has put their heart and effort into our home to keep it neat as well as sanitized. Please be kind to our housekeeping team by keeping trash in the trash cans. These can be found around our home.
Violation will be an addition of $200 (two hundred dollars). Worst case scenario, if our cleaning team determines they need extra hours, materials and effort to keep our home in the first condition you are checked in due to big messes then unfortunately additional charges will be $350 (three hundred and fifty dollars).
GUESTS:
Our space can only host 8 people maximum. Having unregistered guests could cause an interruption of the calm atmosphere we hope for our guests' experience. Therefore please allow us to know who we are going to host as well as provide the numbers of guests and their information.
Unregistered guests must pay an additional $50 (Fifty dollars) per day per guest.
SMOKING:
Guests are prohibited from smoking (cigarettes, cigars, pipes and the funny stuff) IN our property. We greatly appreciate your cooperation to keep it smoke-free (of any kind). You may smoke outdoors (only the legal stuff), however, please keep doors/windows closed so smoke does not go inside. Please use the ashtray (at outdoor dining table) that we have provided for
outdoor smoking. Do NOT throw any cigarette butts onto the lawn, driveway, or anywhere in the property area.
These violations will result in a $1000 (One thousand dollars) fine on top of our contract, funds are going into removal of odors and stains from the smoke residue.
SUBSTANCES:
Illegal substances of all kinds are unwelcoming on our property. Our authorities team immediately engaged and politely asked guests to leave.
