Pet friendly with paid pet fee, max 2 pets. HOA rules for pets are on a leash at all times and pick up poop everytime.
Kitchen fully stocked, regular coffee pot. No ice maker, but ice trays provided.

If you secure a booking, then we can request guest passes for amenities and you will pay the guest fee. We will need first and last names of guests, and we will provide you guest passes with an amenities guide.

One marked parking spot in front of unit, one other car can park near by in an unassigned parking spot. Trailers, boats and large vans aren't allowed to park per HOA rules.
