A vacation oasis! A short walk to the beach with heated pool & spa. This beautiful, inviting home is centrally located & ready for you to enjoy. "Casablanca Beachside" is a 3 bed/2 bath home. Includes a beautiful kitchen with oversized island, heated pool with hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bikes, pool towels & plenty of beach gear. A short walk, bike ride or drive to the beach. Located just minutes from Cocoa Beach, Ron Jon surf shop, Cocoa Beach Pier, Port Canaveral & local restaurants. We are also less than 30 minutes away from the Kennedy Space Center, USSSA Space Coast Complex and the Brevard Zoo. If you are up for a day at the theme parks we are about 1 hour away from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure & all the great attractions in the Orlando area.

We stayed for 8 days with our 3 kiddos and it was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, pool was great and they have all that is needed for the perfect beach experience.

My Cocoa Beach Property Review

We had a great time at Cocoa Beach and this property is family friendly. The owners were very responsive and everything was as described on the listing, neat and clean. Everything we needed was there including beach supplies. The pool was perfect and the home was walking distance from the beach. The property is close to the pier and other restaurants. It is only 50 minutes from Orlando. We were able to enjoy Disney and the Beach in one trip. I recommend this property to other families.

Great place!

This house was one of my favorite VRBOs that I've stayed. It was very clean and had all the little extras that a lot of other places don't have. Our trip was cut short due to hurricane Milton but I would definitely go back!

Best place I have ever rented

We had the most amazing time renting this beautiful home for a week! They had everything we could possibly need for our stay and it felt so homey! We had such a wonderful time and we will definitely Be back in the future!! Do yourself a favor and book this house you won’t regret it!!

The property is exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable and spacious. We stopped here before a cruise because of the close proximity to the port. And could not have been happier with our choice.

Just what we needed!!

We loved our stay at Bright and Beachy Pool Home. It was just as the pictures portrayed. The pool was amazing, the hot tub relaxing, and the ping pong and bikes kept us busy. We also had an incredible view of a launch from Cocoa Beach! All-in-all a great time! We hope to be back some time.

Amazing vacation!

We had an amazing vacation, it was so fun! The house was perfect for our family of 6. Kids ages 11, 9, 7, and 3. The pool and patio were our favorite, the kids swam everyday. Cocoa beach area has lots for families, and beaches were great! We will be back!

Wonderful Christmas at the beach!

Spent Christmas and New Years at this beautiful home and loved every minute. We had four adults and one child and there was more than enough room. Cooked alot of meals had fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances. Main attraction for everyone was the heated pool and hot tub which was very clean. Just a couple blocks from beach and shopping. Would certainly recommend to anyone and hope to be back!

This is an amazing property with a beautiful pool/hot tub right out the back door. Plenty of seating outside for grilling out and enjoying time with the family. Loved all the extras for the beach. Enjoyed the bikes and the ping pong table. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated! Just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Beach+Disney Vacay

This property met all of our expectations! My family and our friends wanted the best of a beach/disney vacation. The location of this house is a perfect walk to the beach and an easy drive to the parks at Disney. We left early one morning and had a great day at Magic Kingdom. The rest of the trip was spent laying by the pool, in the hot tub, and enjoying the beach. The beds were great and the kitchen has everything you need! We will definitely return to this house hopefully sooner than later!

Great stay at a beautiful Cocoa Beach home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in a very nice and convenient Cocoa Beach neighborhood. The home has been fully renovated, is beautifully decorated, has a layout that is highly-functional, and was well-equipped for our family. The backyard pool, spa, outdoor kitchen/bar, and firepit were all great - we used them extensively during our stay. One hitch with the pool heater not working was a slight inconvenience, but the home owner worked very hard to have it replaced and working again within 24 hours. Great response! All in all, this was one of the best house rentals we've ever had. We would rent here again!

Best Cocoa Beach rental ever

We’ve rented homes in Cocoa Beach for the last few years and this one is far and away the best one yet. I don’t think you could actually find a nicer rental in the area than this house. The remodel was top notch, the finishing felt expensive and lux, and the pool is simply amazing. It heats really fast, is super clean, and the lack of chemicals because it’s salt water was fantastic—especially since we were in it with out two littles. The house’s layout is spectacular. The decor is spectacular. The beds were spectacularly comfy. The master shower felt like something you’d find at a Four Seasons. We didn’t spent too much time eating out so we cooked a bunch which was super nice, especially with the grill area by the pool. The kitchen tools were lacking but you could definitely get some pasta or a BBQ meal on the table with no problem. My husband and I jokingly said out loud many times during our stay, “should we just buy this place?”. It’s definitely a dream vacation home. Stop looking if you are and just choose this one.

Highly Recommend!

Our experience at this place will never be forgotten. Pictures don’t do justice of the wow factor this place! We stayed here with 3 couples, our almost 2 year old daughter and another infant. There is plenty of space in all aspects And they have 2 pack and plays for the little ones. From the feeling of being at this home accompanied by a great private area in the back with a hot tub and a pool to us was unbeatable! There is a hang out area next to the pool with a fireplace, grill and the whole area is fenced off. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful which was nice to have the residential feel! It’s less than a half a mile to the beach so it’s walkable or just turn down the first road and drive straight to a beach access with parking! Plenty of places to eat nearby however we used the nice big kitchen area with all you need to make your own meals if you’re on a budget. The hosts were awesome and have great communication with any questions. We had zero negatives and absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

We are a family of 4 who live near Cocoa Beach. My husband and I grew up not far from Cocoa Beach and we love how this town has grown into a beautiful place to visit and call home.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

This property is in a quiet community within Cocoa Beach and is just .4 miles from the beach. It's an easy walk and an even more enjoyable bike ride! There are so many other activities to do beyond visiting Cocoa Beach such as our local rivers where you can rent a boat or enjoy other water sports. Taking a cruise? Port Canaveral is 15 minutes north of this home. You can visit Kennedy Space Center, take a day trip to a theme park or stay local and shop local or visit the original Ron Jons Surf Shop.
