My husband Jim and I have lived in and around Asheville since 1995, and between the two of us we have a wealth of information about the area. We landed in North Asheville in 2012, and LOVE our home and location.
I am a full time realtor with the top company in the area and can answer questions about our local real estate market. Jim has been an Uber driver in the past so he can definitely give you directions to get from one place to another.
We were also previously full-time craft artists for 15 years, so are quite familiar with the art scene in the area.

68 Craven St. is located across from New Belgium Brewing Company in the new Landings Condo building. Less than 2 miles from central Asheville and the hospital campus, it is just beyond the hustle, bustle, and noise of downtown.
Nestled just off of the French Broad River greenway, with the River Arts District across the river, and West Asheville just up the hill, you can easily walk or bike to multiple craft breweries, restaurants, and entertainment.
Extra parking is available on the street or in the New Belgium parking lot.

Generous ensuite primary bedroom with desk area and Juliette balcony, guest bedroom and hall bath. Large walk in showers for easy accessibility in both baths. Multiple closets and dressers, additional linen cabinet, and raised bed frames, provide lots of storage options.
Plenty of seating to gather around the kitchen island and dining table, or simply relax in the living room. Plus large private covered balcony to take in the views while enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine or local craft beer!
Full kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, electric teapot, toaster, blender, mixer, Breville oven, Cuisinart food processor, and more. Additional upper and lower cabinets were installed to increase counter space and storage (installed after pics were taken).
Secure building with entrance via main stairway or secured parking garage. There is one free dedicated parking space - any additional vehicles must park elsewhere. Elevator makes for effortless access to all levels.
