Our stay was wonderful. The place was clean and well kept with activities for our young children. The hosts were incredibly responsive when we had any needs. Great location just across the street from the public beach access. To anyone debating a stay in Navarre Beach, I couldn’t offer a higher recommendation than this VRBO.

Thank you for the review. Navarre Beach is a great alternative to the more crowded Destin area. This condo is a good value compared to those on the beach, which is across the street.

We all enjoyed our stay! Loved having our privacy with this 3 bedroom condo at a great price. This will definitely stay on my favorites list for future stays!

Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay so much. This is a wonderful place for a family. Plenty of space and really nice to have the primary bedroom separated from the other bedrooms. I hope to return again & again!

Fall break beach getaway

The condo was as described in the listing. I really enjoyed the decor and layout of the condo. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as bathroom supplies for the stay. The location was ideal.

Fantastic

Stayed here as a family of five. Great location, modern, updated, clean. Navarre was perfect. Away from the crowds and traffic, yet only a quick drive to both Pensacola and Destin. Exactly what we were looking for.

So pleased with everything!

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 toddlers- it was perfect for us! The unit is on the 3rd floor, but even with small kids we never minded the stairs. Everything we needed for the beach was there- chairs, towels, a few floats. The walk to the beach is so short. We will definitely be back!!

Great Stay

We loved the condo. It was so inviting and I loved that everything was labeled so we were able to put things back where they belonged. Gorgeous views of the Sound at sunset!!! Love the chairs on the balcony!!!

Wonderful place!

This was our first time to Navarre so we weren’t sure what to expect. The condo was great- very clean, nicely decorated, and beds were all comfortable! Great location-short walk to the beach all though our favorite beach was Opal Beach. The pool was clean and refreshing! There were a number of beach chairs and one umbrella in the closets- that was a nice surprise! The owners were very responsive and happy to answer any questions! We will definitely be back and loved Navarre!!

Adorable, conveniently located condo

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. Incredibly clean, organized, and well appointed. Beautifully decorated and provided plenty of space for all of us. The balcony was a pleasant place to enjoy a cool morning or nice sunset and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Absolutely stunning beaches and so much available to do in the immediate area. The provided suggestions of restaurants and activities were a fun starting point, and we were able to travel to all points of interest easily. Management was easy to communicate with and the property and grounds felt safe and secure. We would absolutely stay again!

Overall excellent

The property looked great, very clean and exceeded our expectations. Besides the courtesy items in the condo (soap, shampoo, etc), the best feature was that all the light switches, cabinets, drawers and shelves were labeled. That is a phenomenal idea. It made coming in after a long travel day so much easier. I wish every host followed this example. 10/10 to everyone responsible for our experience!

Convenient location

We have stayed at various locations, along 30A, looking for the “it” spot for my families needs. Every location had a trade off, so this location was no different. Great location- not crowded, low key, and beach is a short walk. Those boxes checked off our top expectations. The trade off was the condo on the 3rd floor with no elevator, key code access did not allow access at 4:00pm, and I could hear my neighbors TV in the master bedroom. Kevin was great in helping me remedy the key code issue, and a noise maker plus ceiling fan drowned out my neighbors TV. Complementary Beach chairs, Beach towels, and coffee were spot on.

Great Condo Close to Beach

We absolutely LOVED this condo! It was beautifully decorated in beach theme. The condo had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was fully stocked. Everything was labeled so you knew where to put things back. It had a washer and dryer that worked great! We could not find the beach items so we contacted the owner and he had new beach items delivered that day! We left them in the middle bedroom where they were supposed to be found. The private beach is just across the street. You do have to walk down 3 flight of stairs. There is not an elevator. I definitely recommend this condo if you plan on staying at Navarre Beach.

1st time stay

The condo was very nice and cute. Perfect for our first visit to Navarre. We did have air problems one day but I called the number and someone was out to fix it in a couple hours. Very friendly and great customer service. We are definitely already looking to come back to Navarre next year but may be interested in a house. Very clean, great customer service, and very close walk to the beach😊

We enjoyed our stay as the condo was clean, roomy (there were six of us), and well-maintained. We especially liked how it was close to the beach. We just had to walk across the main drag to access it. It was our second time to stay in the Gulf Island Condos, and we will stay there again.

The condo overall was good. Check-in and out process is a easy as it gets, if the water is too rough on the gulf side, there is a path to the bay side where the water is nice and calm. There were 2 beach umbrellas and at least 6 beach chairs so that was awesome, much appreciated. All the appliances worked and the beds were ok, but we were able to sleep on them. Location was good being nestled between Pensacola Beach and Destin. Traffic after the 1st day on the island was smooth. Only real complaint I would say is the walls are thin. The 1st day we could hear a lot of noise from all the kids in the condo below us and towards the end of the week the condo next to us had kids and adults being loud and running around between 2 of the condo buildings up until 3am.Other than than that, the price is good compared to other condos nearby.

The property was clean, checking and out were easy. Master bath was not stocked well, hair ties in tub and on floor(not ours).Property is on the third floor with steep steps. I did not remember seeing that anywhere on the listing.We did have a great week just not for us next time.
