This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has nice mountain views from the back deck.

Modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a 5 burner gas range, customer cabinets, a prep sink, and a double oven. Conveniently located on the main level, is the King suite with attached custom tile shower and granite countertop.

Upstairs features a King bedroom with a shared bathroom. This full bathroom is fitted with a custom tile shower and granite countertop. Next door has a twin bunkbed and twin roll away bed. This bunk room shares the bathroom with the King bedroom.

On the lower level, enjoy a game of foosball or shuffleboard. This room also has a queen sleeper sofa.

Soak your cares away in the hot tub. This relaxing feature is situated under a covered deck looking out into the scenic landscape. On the exterior grounds, follow the path over to the firepit and enjoy an evening under the stars.

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes
-Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- The detached garage is for owner use only.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Pet rent is $25+tax per pet per night. Full grown well-trained dogs only please, max of 4 dogs.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This homeowner uses two exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is aimed towards the driveway and the other is towards the detached garage.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
