Family weekend

The location is great. The three combined units meet the needs of our family. It was great to have four bathrooms.

Vacation Get Away

Although mother nature didn't agree with our ski trip plans, we were able to take advantage of the local attractions. The condo has a great location in walking distance to the pool and a restaurant.

Lots of room

Using the 3 adjoining units was plenty of room. This would be a great choice for a winter ski trip.

This is a great location for a ski trip. There is a shuttle to get to the hills. The NYE fireworks were just off the deck. Wonderful vacation! We look forward to staying with you again!!!

Good Location

Unfortunately, the snow did not cooperate with us as the ski lifts that were closest were closed, however, we were within walking distance of tubing (which our kids loved!) and the indoor pool/hottub located in the hotel. There were a lot of amenities in the house however a few key items (coffee filters and pan spray) were missing. Also, it seems that they may rely on the public wifi however it is super spotty and made it nearly impossible to watch TV or stream movies. Overall, we enjoyed our quick weekend but a few improvements could be made which would go a long way.

Nice clean place but needs improvements

Space was nice and clean but very outdated. Kitchen was nice. All shower/tubs did not drain well. Could not get through a shower without water being at your ankles. One shower did not even work. Pull out couch mattress was terrible. Had to drive to Meijer to get an air mattress. Says there is private beach access but this is about 5 minutes away. Outdoor pool was great but not close to the unit either. Both could be better explained in the property description. Seems like we paid a lot of money for a place that needs repairs and updates. A bit disappointing. Also when you first enter the property there is a stain on the carpet. Does not make for a great first impression.

Amazing condo especially if you like the outdoors (we do!). 2 bedrooms with baths on main floor and loft with king bed and bath provide plenty of space to spread out. Bonus is jacuzzi and sauna in the loft. Short walk to great indoor/outdoor pools. 5 minute drive to access beautiful Bellaire Lake. Gorgeous golf courses. Amazing to sit on the balcony and watch the deer. Property manager is quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

My name is Sue and I love working with and meeting new people! I am the property manager for the owners of this beautiful property. My husband and I bought our first vacation home over 17 years ago in Bellaire, MI. We would vacation up north all summer with our family. The community is so friendly and inviting, that as our children got older, we decided to make this our permanent home and moved to Bellaire full time 6 years ago. There is so much to go see and do in northern Michigan with all of the changing seasons.
We decided to buy another property on the lake to rent. This would make it possible for other families to make memories for years to come. With my background in sales and real estate, we decided it would be a fun thing to get involved with other property owners and help manage their properties while they are out of town. This is how I decided to form Bellaire Property Management. I will do whatever I can to make your stay enjoyable and wanting you to come back! :)

The condo unit itself is lovely and has a lot to offer! Has a fully furnished kitchen to accommodate all your cooking and cleaning needs! The condo's come with a smart TV's in each room to help stream your favorite apps, a gas fireplace, balcony access on each condo. This is a 3 unit condo space with adjoining doors open to make one large gathering area.
There is a middle unit which in the main unit, it has a full kitchen, living area, loft King bed room with full newly remodeled tile shower and bath. Washer/Dryer and main floor full bath.
2 units on both sides are provided with 2 Queen Beds, Full Bath, and kitchenette.
In the living area there is also a pull out sofa for sleeping.

Staying with us you will also be provided a Shanty Creek pool card, which includes access to 2 indoor pools and hot tubs and an outdoor pool.
Gorgeous Private Beach Club on Lake Bellaire –Open to Owners and Guests (that’s you) ONLY!!
250 feet lake frontage with hard sandy bottom & beach, park-like setting, restrooms, kitchen, lounge chairs, gas grills, play structure, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, board games, etc provided. Rent or bring your kayak/canoe and launch from here.
Free Shuttle through Shanty Creek provided to those traveling to and from downtown Bellaire and between Summit, Schuss, and Cedar River.


Access to private Beach Club (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) – Beach, Clubhouse, Playground for Children, Park-style Charcoal Grills, Basketball Court, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Sand Volleyball Pit, Picnic Area.

Shanty Creek offers: 5 Championship Golf Courses, 46 ski runs, terrain parks, and tubing hill, and numerous other amenities such as 30 kilometers of cross-country trails, 5 indoor/outdoor pools, wellness spa, nearby lakes and several dining options. The resort offers a free shuttle to Bellaire (a quick 5-mile trip) where you will find shops, restaurants, and entertainment for all. Interested in hiking or mountain bike trails? You will find Glacial Hills which features 31.5 miles of hiking, mountain biking and winter sports.
Do you love summer in up north Michigan? The Outdoors provides you with access to the private Summit Beach Club on Lake Bellaire or you can travel a bit further to visit Torch lake, Traverse City, Petoskey or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear dunes and Lake Michigan are an easy 45-minute care ride. Paddle board or canoe through the chain of lakes or rent a jet ski or pontoon for a day on the lake.
