This condo is ready for your stay! The master suite is equipped with a king bed, direct balcony access, and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the beach and pool areas. Here are a few friendly suggestions to improve the overall quality and comfort. Dishwasher needs to be bolted into the cabinetNo counter space in the bathrooms. I would recommend removing pedestal sinks and putting in cabinets that have countertops I would recommend steam cleaning tile grout is very dirty I would recommend either putting twin beds in the guest bedroom or getting a much better quality mattress for the trundle bed.A lot of the silverware is missing needs to be replacedA couple of nice sauté pans that are larger than in better quality than the ones currently in the unit. They’re very small and you could barely fry bacon in them.We have a family of four so we probably would not book this condo again . Guest bedroom did not suit the needs for my boys. Twin beds would be a better set up.Host was very friendly and available if you needed anything in a reasonable amount of timeThe unit definitely needs curtains in the main living area that are lined. The ones currently in the unit do not offer privacy.

The unit had everything we needed from beach toys to toiletries. I really appreciated the abundance of towels for beach and showering. The heated pool was perfect for the kids. The view was amazing - I saw dolphins play in the surf from the balcony our first morning. Only one elevator was in operation but it was never an issue for us. It was helpful having a luggage cart upon arrival and departure. The facilities were well maintained. There were a lot of codes to keep up with but I valued the security of the building. We would love to stay here again!

The view is stunning, as advertised. The location is perfectly located on Pensacola Beach. The staff was on top of their job keeping only residents and guests on the property, which is greatly appreciated. The condo itself was quite nice and had all the amenities you’d expect. The pool is huge and perfectly maintained. The only negative is the clunky access code process. To have 3 different codes and to have to enter codes at every turn is unreasonable. A new, more user friendly technology needs to be implemented.

We had such a great time here! Very clean and right on the beach, with a nice pool. We even saw the blue angels from our balcony! We loved this property and would return.

The unit was clean and roomy. So as far as renting through those owners. Great! The worst part of the stay was 1 of the 2 elevators stopped working. We waited almost an hour to get luggage back down to parking lot.

Amazing stay

This condo was amazing. It was clean, soacious, and modern. My family loved this place and we will be back. The pool is great and the brach was perfect. The room was very quiet as well. Highly recommend this property.

Fun and relaxing

The place was great with gorgeous views the only thing I could say is getting in and out of all the areas can be a bit confusing. The place was very nice I would just recommend a bar to help with getting in and out of shower/bath or at least a non slip mat in one for elderly guests. Overall would definitely stay again.

Best Host and unit!

I cannot speak highly enough about the host and cleanliness of this unit. The location is perfect. The other guests are so friendly. The host responded to every message so quickly. I felt extremely safe.

Wonderful Vacation and Beautiful Views!!

The condo was perfect for our vacation!! It was very clean, very roomy, had all essentials plus more: beach chairs, beach umbrella, ice chest, extra blankets, beach towels and games - we enjoyed playing UNO after our dinner outings!! Having morning coffee on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view was a great start to our day!! We also took advantage of the gym for morning workouts. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance - a plus. Pool area and bathrooms were very clean. We had no issues with the codes in getting in and out of the condo and building and we felt very secure. We highly recommend this condo for an enjoyable and stress free stay!!

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed the location, the amenities, and the communication with the host was very easy and simple. The balcony needed to be swept a little better and we were there during “spring break” week which left teenagers around us unattended by adults and getting into things they shouldn’t, but the neither host nor location can be faulted for that. My suggestion would be not to come during spring break :). We loved our stay!

Great host and stay

When we arrived at the condo, we had an unexpected issue. Cade was very responsive and went above and beyond to take care of the issue. The condo is very clean, at great location and has beautiful ocean views.

So Relaxing

We had a fabulous stay. The condo smelled great and was very very clean. The bed and linens were so comfortable. The view of the Gulf from the living room and the master bedroom was amazing! It had everything you needed for the beach. Even a little cooler, which we had forgotten. We had an issue that happened but was out of the host's control. The host responded quickly and even refunded a portion of our money back. Highly recommend!

This is my first investment property and I have lovingly named it SEA & Sand for my 3 young daughters (Sarah, Elyse & Audrey). I have tried to make this property everything we would want when we get away for vacation. It is spotless, with new linens, accessories and all of the extras you could want. This condominium is a gated community with two pools (one heated) and hot tub over-looking the gulf, a fitness center, an enclosed storage unit, and private beach access. Located next to restaurants, a convenience store, shopping, you will never have to go far for entertainment, food, supplies and gas. Gorgeous Gulf Front Unit, large living spaces indoor and outdoor (seating for 8). The main bedroom overlooks the gulf for beautiful sunrise views. Condo also offers amazing sunset views as well as views of the Pensacola Beach Pier from the balcony patio and living room.
