Roomy 52 sqm one-bedroom loft in Laureles, Medellin, the side of town where La 70 runs. Laid out as one open space. Accommodates up to two guests, in a queen bed, and has a balcony. A full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, a washer, and Wi-Fi. Downstairs there is lift access and a gym.



The Space:

There is one bathroom.



The bedroom comes with fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and room-darkening shades.



The full kitchen has stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. A washer is available in the apartment. A workspace and desk is available too.



The bathroom comes with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap and hot water. The apartment has air conditioning throughout.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Laureles is one of Medellín's safest, greenest and most walkable neighborhoods: leafy streets, quiet during the day and lively at night.

First Laureles Park: a gathering spot surrounded by cafés, restaurants and local boutiques.

La 70: one of the city's most popular streets, known for its nightlife, bars, restaurants and live music.

Atanasio Girardot Stadium and Sports Complex: football matches and concerts, and a good place to walk or run.

Nutibara Avenue: a strip of local cafés and restaurants.

Unicentro: shopping, dining, supermarkets and everyday essentials.



The Medellín Metro and the rest of the public transport network are easy to reach, which makes it straightforward to visit Comuna 13, Plaza Botero and Parque Explora.

Transport can be arranged through us for any trip during your stay, at a rate confirmed in advance. Message us before your arrival.
